Enlightenment is an illusion. In knowing this you are freed from chasing something that does not exist. True Self - that which you are - is the ever-shining Sun: often obscured by the clouds, even the darkest, they do not dim the brilliance of its shining, nor do they change its nature. Thoughts, old mental habits, fears and expectations are the clouds; experiences, often profound, have much to teach you but do not define or determine who you are.

Simply relinquish all this mind-generated garbage to achieve self realisation. Your thought-filled mind is the root of your suffering blocking your ability to know yourself.

On being free of thought-illusion you are free to be who you are......

Whatever you think and feel and however you are driven to behave rest assured the tide will ebb and flow, the trees will leaf and blossom in the Spring and the sun will shine. It is the machinations of mind, emotion and feeling which present you with seeming realities driving you to be that which you are not.

The mind with all its attachments is the root of your suffering, clouding Self Realisation.

On being free of though-illusion you will enjoy peace, free to be who you are, then, now, always......The sun shines behind the darkest cloud and that too shall pass......
