Keegan woke up from what felt like a cold sweat and turned over in his bed, surprised to see Aiden sitting on his bed on the other side of the room with only a few candles on the floor between them.
“Aiden, what ti--” a wave of pain went through Keegan’s head and he hissed, holding his temples. When the pain finally subsided, he finished his sentence. "Aiden, what time is it?”
Keeg stood up and tried to move towards the outlet where he normally charged his phone, but after his first step out of the bed, the room started to spin and he collapsed back onto the bed. “Aiden, what’s going on?” he stressed, his head still pounding. “Why do I feel terrible? ...Where’s my phone?”
