While I am not opposed to the ideas of Injae x Jipyeong, it isn't what I want for him. Injae has a cool demeanor, will probably show her care in smaller ways.

I want it to be big for Jipyeong. A lifetime of hugs and cuddles to make up for his lack of it growing up. Full of home-cooked meals, full of laughter and playfulness, to take care of him at his lows, praise him at his best, to just sit with him in comfortable silence. I want anything that will make that smile of his as large as it can be.

And even more, I want someone he can take care of too. He is so ready and capable of it, seeing how he cares for Halmeoni and the quiet little things he does for Dalmi that nearly go unnoticed (setting the table for her and mixing her noodles- its small but also such a big deal because it was second nature for him despite growing up alone with nobody to do that for him).

I just want him to be happy.

There were many instances where JiPyeong could have answered or told who had beaten him up when Dalmi or Grandma asked about the bruises on his face

but he kept making excuses and changed the subject. He did not want to blame or make DoSan look bad...

A true GOOD BOY

Jipyeong made more money homeless with library wifi as a teenager and came up faster in his career at a YOUNGER AGE with less and more against him than SST and they want to play the pity olympics in his PRESENCE?? They genuinely talk to him and about him like he’s some rich man who’s never known struggle. Could never understand their “grind”. Never had to work to get to where he is. Like he’s just always had everything. 

And the show just lets them embarrass themselves in front of him and the audience every time.

It’s so weird to watch all the women around Jipyeong reassure him that he’s not mean and that he is really nice and that what he says is the truth that needs to be said and they’ve never held it against him while all the men are crying about his criticism… proof women deal with more bullshit in life than a man who is just being honest about their work. A successful man tells a woman her work needs more work, she hears it for what it is and fixes it or defends it. A successful man tells a man his work needs more work and they acted like he just stripped them of all their manlihood so they get loud and angry and cry and throw punches. 

Wait, this show is accurate. Men are little bitches. They want to be coddled and complimented so badly because they’re used to it.
