If the kuffar can date and have babies when they are teenagers, Muslims can get married and have babies when they are teenagers! One dishonors you and breaks the ties of kinship, while the other honors you and upholds the family unite.

Is it unhealthy to think or fantasize about being married and have a family on a daily basis. I feel like I’m getting impatient and times where I feel down thinking it might not happen anytime soon.

It’s something I want really bad. something inside of me is just really yearning for being a mom and serving a man. I only started feeling this way this year.

Its fitra for a woman to yearn to get married and have children. It's unnatural to want to be single and live on your own with cats until you're old. We should strive to get married young as it closes the doors to fitnah and opens the doors to good deeds

The Prophet (salallahu alayhi wa salam) said: “If a woman prays her five (daily) prayers and keeps her private parts chaste and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from any of the doors of Paradise she wishes.” (Reported by Ibn Hibbaan in his Saheeh)

Slm. During difficult times how does faith help?

Tawakkul is from faith and Tawakkul is the means by which we right our course and stay on it, and bring about resolve and contentment. The benefits of tawakkul are many, among them that you hand over to Allah that which burdens your heart and mind. Realize that you are not broken, abandoned, or forgotten, but that Allah has actually given you exactly what you need. Knowing this, the believer acknowledges with certainty and confidence, “And my success is not but through Allah. Upon him I have relied, and to Him I return.”

Even when all doors appear to have been closed, as true believers we should never let feelings of helplessness succumb us. Consider the following Hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and ibn Al-Qayyim’s commentary on that Hadith:

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, although both are good. Strive to do that which will benefit you and seek the help of Allah, and do not feel helpless. If anything befalls you, do not say ‘If only I had done (such and such), the such and such would have happened,’ rather say: ‘Allah has decreed and what He wills He does,’ for ‘if only’ opens the door to the work of the shaitan.” (Muslim, 2664).

Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

This Hadith includes several important principles of faith, including the following: “Do not feel helpless”: Feeling helpless is contrary to striving for that which will benefit him, and it is contrary to seeking the help of Allah.

The one who strives for that which will benefit him and seeks the help of Allah is the opposite of the one who feels helpless, so this is telling him, before what has been decreed happens, of that which is one of the greatest means of attaining it, which is striving for it whilst seeking the help of the One in Whose hand is control of all things, from Whom they come and to Whom they will return.

A strong faith can keep you focused on the fact that Allah alone ultimately controls all destinies and has power over all things. Remembering that fact alone at the moment of affliction can help you in conquering the pain and provide you hope and the energy to keep moving forward.

Western society normalizes men cheating and having mistresses, but when it comes to Muslim men marrying multiple women, it’s an issue. And Muslims are called backwards.

Khalifah-al-Muslimīn 'Umar bin 'Abdul 'Aziz رحمه الله said in his last khutba:

“O people, you were not created in vain, nor will you be left to yourselves. Rather, you will return to a place in which Allah Most High will descend in order to judge among you and distinguish between you. Destitute and lost are those who forsake the all-encompassing Mercy of Allah Most High, and they will be excluded from Jannah, the borders of which are as wide as the heavens and the earth.

Don’t you know that protection tomorrow will be limited to those who feared Allah [today], and to those who sold something short-lived for something permanent, something small for something great, and fear for protection? Don’t you realise that you are the descendants of those who have perished, that those who remain will take their place after you, and that this will continue until you are all returned to Allah Most High?

Every day you follow the coffin of so and so who died after the end of his lifetime, then you place him in the ground and leave him without a pillow or a bed. He has parted from his loved ones, severed his connections with the living, and taken up residence in the earth, whereupon he comes face-to-face with his reckoning, carrying only his good deeds. Indeed, he needs his accomplishments, but not the material things he left on earth.

He then lifted up the edge of his robe to his face and began to cry and sob; then he stepped down. That was the last sermon he gave before he died, may Allah have mercy on him.”

I’m a girl and I’m against celebrating birthdays, Valentine’s Day, and wedding anniversaries. I know birthday celebrations are sinful and the other two are just a way for this society to cash grab. No way to show love. People insist that they have lavish and extravagant celebrations (like those I mentioned). And then act like I’m weird for saying no. Same goes for weddings, people in my culture spend too much like they want to show off

Alhamdulillah thats really good to hear. It's sinful because it's celebrations of the disbelievers and we are not supposed to be extravagant as well. Its the same in my culture too. Very westernised subhanallah. These celebrations take away barakah from our own lives, weddings and marriages. We should follow quran and sunnah only.

Early marriage is recommended in deen, If you are mocking it you are mocking (aspects of) Islam.

Obeying husband is fard, if you are mocking it you are mocking (aspects of) Islam.

This mocking is doing nothing but exposing you how much bugz you have for islamic practices.

If the wife is treated badly emotionally & physically, she can ask for Khula because it is fard on husband to treat her kindly and behave in a best manner.

But as long as she is wife she has to obey her husband if husband is not asking something to act which is prohibited in sharia.

Obeying the husband is truly seen when he's not around, because you know that Allaah sees and that He is the One whose sake you obey in the first place.

The man who went to hell over a fly

Taariq Ibn Shihaab narrated that Allaah’s Messenger (salallahualayhi wa salam) said:

“A man entered Paradise because of a fly and a man entered  the Hellfire because of a fly.”

The people said: “How is that O Messenger of Allaah?” He replied:

“Two men passed by a people who had an idol – and no one was allowed to pass by until he had made an offering to the idol. So they said to one of the men: ‘Make an offering!’ He replied: ‘I have nothing to make an offering with.’ They said: ‘Make it! Even if it be a fly.’ So he offered a sacrifice of a fly. So they let him pass by. And due to that he entered the Hellfire. They said to the other: ‘Make an offering!’ He replied: ‘I do not make offerings of anything to anyone other than Allaah.’ So they struck his neck killing him. So he entered Paradise.” 

Shirk will invalidate your Tawhid and all of your good deeds will go to waste. Tawhid will grant you 'Izzah (honour) on this earth and it will save you from being slaves of false idols and will make you submit to the Lord of the Universe. A person without Tawhid will be a slave of anything and everything and will take them as Lords other than Allah (subhana wa tala) - such as men/women, money, children, man made systems, property etc. May Allah keep us firm and steadfast on Tawhid, ameen.

“Whoever defends the flesh of his brother from backbiting, it will be a duty upon Allah to free him from the Hellfire.”

“Whoever abandons habits for the sake of someone or something other than Allāh, will surely suffer hard and difficult times. However, whoever abandons habits for the sake of Allāh sincerely from his heart, he will not suffer from leaving it except at the beginning so that his credibility will be examined. If he bears this pain, it will be turned into pleasure.”

قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Say, "Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds.

Qurrah ibn Iyas reported: We were with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when modesty was mentioned to him. They said, “O Messenger of Allah, is modesty part of the religion?” The Prophet said, “Rather, it is the entire religion.” Then, the Prophet said, “Verily, modesty, abstinence, reticence of the tongue but not the heart, and deeds are all part of faith. They bring gain in the Hereafter and loss in the world: what is gained in the Hereafter is much greater than what is missed in the world.”
