The processing method used was aerobic red honey, resulting in a beautifully balanced coffee with a 2/5 acidity rating. But let's talk about the flavor notes - I'm getting apricot aromas, a strong hazelnut mouthfeel, and a sweet chocolatey aftertaste that lingers for ages. 😋 The complexity of this coffee is high, and the mouthfeel is strong, making it a truly luxurious experience.
