Updated Petite Feet for Snowy Escape 1.68

If you use (any) default feet replacements and have Snowy Escape, you may have noticed when taking shoes off for the ‘No Shoes Indoors’ (new tuning on the BG shoe rack and on the sign that came with Snowy Escape) will cause the game to randomly pick a shoe instead of the default bare foot. Kind of annoying!

The only files affected are the Default Replacements, the rest are fine. If you use my DEFAULT REPLACEMENT Petite Feet V2 for Male and Female, it has been updated! Remember to Open the ZIP file and place contents in Mods, don’t place the whole ZIP file in Mods. Also, Make sure to DELETE or OVERWRITE the old files!

*For creators of Default Replacement feet: It was a very simple fix. Make sure you have the new updated version of Sims 4 Studio for Snowy Escape and then clone an Override for the Bare Feet, any gender and any age group, then the package file works just like any other (Import your mesh, etc.) and now the game sees your default replacement foot when choosing ‘No Shoes Indoors’ EDIT: Make sure you restrict opposite frame for each

Nectar Cooler Functional Bar

I am in the processing of fulfilling all my requests for patrons! Of course I try to fulfill all requests I get, but I am super appreciative of my patrons and try to prioritize those. And currently I have a backlog… so this is the start of fixing that!

This request was to make the massively & unnecessarily large nectar bar smaller and remove the shadowing. It pains me to not make things functional so I also made this bad boy a functional bar!

House About That Play House Door

This has been a WIP for awhile with many iterations and different implementations. I ended up making this a “door” that you can place on any wall so you can build your own playhouse however you want! You can build a treehouse or make a small play house indoors - the sky is the limit!

This is a base game compatible object usable by both toddlers and children. Up to 4 sims can play in it at one time. Any sims playing in it together will build relationships while also increasing fun and social stats. This can be used autonomously or by directing your sim to play in it.

While playing in the “tent” (I use this for lack of a better word since you can build anything with it) the sims stand still, so there are no animations during the action itself. So it is best to build something so you can’t see the inside while they play.

This also works like a door when you aren’t using it as a play house, so your sims can access anything behind it and walk through it as if it were a door.

In the preview video, I used it in a treehouse which my dear friend and builder @summerrplays built for me. The tray files for this will be available for download with the package file!

Around the Sims 4 | TV tray table, chair & armchair and other stuff…

New PC is finally home so I can finally launch the Sims 4 again, test my stuff and make previews! Yay!

You’ll find today:

- a grown-up version of the toddler TV tray table, that can be used by one Sim to eat a meal, as any regular dining chair - a Sims 4 armchair redone as dining chair, so it can be used with the TV table, the matching sofa redone as dining-booth (and with matching colors. I’ve always wondered why EA didn’t make the sofa and the armchair matching?!) - a grown-up version of the chalkboard table and school-like chair. I wanted to turn them into activity table, but still wanted something a bit different, so I made a collective activity table. It’s actually the chair that works as activity table; the table has a small footprint so it doesn’t prevent Sims from drawing (but it also means Sims can walk through it if there’s no chair to block their way) - the Eco-living activity table turned into regular desk and chair, with a dirty and clean options.

It will be released on Around the Sims 4 the 23rd of October. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.

Market Science Retail Tables (BGC!)

The Market Science set comes with several displays and stalls that allow your sims to sell anything and make some simoleons! Any objects that are slotted/placed on the Market Science items will be available to sell! You can either place items directly on the objects or live drag to stock the inventory. Objects in the inventory will be randomly placed when your sim opens the table for business. Attract sims to come to your market by starting a yard sale and earn simoleons every time a purchase is made!

The Market Science tables can be used autonomously by sims, including NPCs, and can be used on any lot at any time. This set is completely BGC! This truly brings the retail experience to all simmies!

A few notes:

The glass displays are sized so they tile seamlessly with counters.

The wooden market stand has a slot which allows you to add signs to customize the look.

Items in the market table inventory will be randomly slotted to the table - for a prettier look you may want to place the items yourself.

Any item that is slotted/placed on the tables will be available for purchase.

Mark prices up/down.

Your sim will earn money as items are purchased.

Create events/sales to attract sims to your stand by selecting ‘Yard Sale’ after your sim is tending the table.

This set is out early access for patrons and will have a public release of November 7th!

Shop Chef Buffet Table

I have been working on this buffet table for months. I have started over from scratch at least 4 times trying to make it better. I originally had the buffet as part of a counter and the interactions weren’t very intuitive. I ended up figuring out how to make the buffet inserts cut out counters just like sinks do! So I ended up scrapping the version that included the counter and I feel like this gives you the most customizability to use however you want! There are two insert types - single and double. Both have the same stocking options

Breakfast

Lunch

Dinner

Meat

Seafood

Dessert

For now all the available recipes are just from the base game. I am trying to figure out a way to properly test which expansion packs each user has so I can add more variety. But there are still quite a bit of options!

The buffet inserts start ‘closed’ with a top on. From there you can stock it with any one of the options. It will spawn multi-serve, consumable foods in the buffet trays. Any sim, NPC etc, can grab a helping! To change the buffet type just close the buffet and choose a new option.

Previously I stocked the buffet with 'deco’ items and required the sim to then order from the buffet after the deco food spawned. I think this new method is more intuitive to players. If you want a custom setup you can just delete/move the food items in the tray and place your own in there.

I included a decor topping insert and a sneeze guard to use with them as well. As always, please give me any feedback or suggestions!

The Shop Chef Buffet Table is available now for patrons and will be out for the public on October 27th!

WILLOW CREEK APARTMENTS 🍃 (NO CC)

I always wished we had more options for apartments when City Living came out, but seeing as it’s been 4 years since that pack came out, I’ve kind of lost hope. So here we are today! There are a total of 8 apartment rooms, each are single-bedroom with a balcony. I did pre-decorate one of them in case you’re lazy like me and just want to move in one of your sims and call it a day. However, I left the others empty to give you guys the freedom to decorate them how you like, and to potentially reduce lag (and, ya know, i’m lazy).
