Eventually yes
All winged shapes start out not being able to fly, and seeing as Dove canonically was like just created, they wouldn’t even know where to begin
Usually parents teach their kids to fly, but Dove was created from a crystal in the meadow cave, so theyd have to go to Geochanical to learn (yes i have a whole explanation on why dove is the only winged shape to come from the cave)
Im also thinking of like birds when they flap their wings trying to fly is how Dove would be at first. That, and winged shapes flap their wings when theyre happy like stimming :)

FOX, Crystal Tokyo, Clash, Yokuman Stage, Milky Ways, Logic Gatekeeper, and Chronos are the only ones with designs rn from levels
Shapes actually seen in game like barracuda and azora already have designs so theres always art for them
