@freudeir Hola Hola is quite easy to find. I'm not sure if it's (by now) available on Amazon, but you can purchase it (the material copy) on Kpoptown, CatchopCD, YesAsia, KpopMart or Ktown4u. In short, nearly on every site selling kpop albums. (by the way, sorry for the change of blog, just-some-other-reviews is a secondary blog)
So I finally got my KARD album. I preordered it, but it took me an eternity to obtain it. I don’t want to rant too much about it, but let’s say that I had a tone of problem with the website, I’ll talk about that when I’ll do a review about that site. Yes, I’m thinking about doing that, so people wouldn’t have to go through the same issues as me.
I didn’t follow KARD since the very beginning, but let’s say I come from the Don’t Recall era and I kind of fallen in love with them. After all, co-ed groups are so rare and they have great songs. What’s more, they really seem focused on international activities, which is kind of refreshing (and interesting because I’m an international fan… By the way, Hyuna passed by my city last winter/spring, so I have hope to have more kpop concerts someday…). So, I mean, aside from the genial songs they are doing, there are tones of other reasons to stan them.
I bought Hola Hola from Ktown4u. I wanted to try another site and their shipping fees were lower than the rest of the sites as well as their price, so I thought, why not (by the way, I strongly advice you not to buy out of this site, I’ll talk about it further in my review for it). The album costed me about 16.45$ (Canadian).
The album contains 10 songs. 3 of these songs aren’t available if you buy the online version. These three supplementary songs are instrumentals (respectively the ones of Living Good, Rumor and Don’t Recall). Personally, I’m not a big fan of instrumentals and I was kind of slightly deceiving that they didn’t include Don’t Recall Hidden Version in the debut album because I don’t want to buy it separately. But, overall, I’m really satisfied with the songs. They are great for debut songs (and in general). And they are so my jam, so I can’t say anything against them. Yet, for those who don’t like Living Good, Oh Na Na or Hola Hola (by example) there’s an online version of the album on Itunes at only 5.99$ (Canadian).
For what it is of the packaging (who is worth about 10.90$ if I refer to the price I paid my album), the album is quite big. I mean, I have nothing against big albums, but I don’t own many of them, so they look a bit lonely in my shelves. As I said during my Breaking Sensation’s review, I’m no big fan of holo album (it’s not that I don’t like holo, it’s just that it’s a bit annoying. I have sensitive eyes and holo packagings easily are marked by fingerprints), but luckily the side is black, so it’s not that apparent that it’s holo. For what it is of the photobook, it’s great, but you can clearly say that there’s either the whole group together, BM and SoMin, JSeph and JiWoo, BM and JSeph and JiWoo and SoMin. There’s no pictures in which there BM and JiWoo alone or SoMin and JSeph alone, which is kind of disappointing, but the photoshoots are still awesome. Also, I was quite glad that there were two photocards (one under the form of a card and the other one being just standard). So, for me it’s completely worth my 11 bucks. I got a lot less for a pricier album, so I’m quite glad. Yet, I feel as if it could have been better, but it’s me and my unrealistic expectations.
So, for what it is of the conclusion, it’s totally worth it. There’s nothing else to say about this album. Unless you religiously bought all their singles online and don’t want to have them again, just buy it. KARD is a great group that deserves a lot of support (from International fan as well as from Korean fans), so their company won’t mismanage them (ah…companies… sometimes, what a pain in the ass they are).

Just a bad timing, I guess?
Today was my birthday. I got one more year and nobody remembers at all. It’s kind of depressing to be born in July just after the Canada’s day. Everybody has better thing to do than being concerned about you and just wishes you Happy Birthday.
