I was thinking about merch in-universe and how we always see Dick wearing a superman march, and that's true and valid and absolutely in-character for Dick, he loves superman but also I feel like he would wear titans merch a lot too because his friends are amazing ?
So here are some Titans merch headcanons for Dick specifically:
Mr Dick, I feel as if I've known and loved you all my life, Grayson would definitely wear a Wondergirl and later on Troia pajamas and tee shirt and he would specifically tell people it's a Troia shirt and not a wonder woman shirt because Troia is amazing. Also he and Donna have a mug of each other and it's both of their favorites. I don't make the rules.
He also have some cute figurines of all the titans and a Titans together tee shirt (everyone has a matching one, a gift from Kori at some point).
Lian used to have all of the titans toys when she was tiny given by said uncles and aunts but one in particular is an extremely loud and annoying Arsenal toy given by Dick after Roy purposefully bought the ugliest and most obnoxious merch he could find of Nightwing and wore it to mess with Dick (this move was probably inspired by Gar and Vic doing the same thing to each other always). Lian loved it. Roy...wanted to throw it out of the window. He did not.
He has both a flash and kid flash mug. He got the Kid flash one when they were still Robin and Kid Flash and it has never broken.
He definitely has some stuff that Garth brought back from Atlantis and Tempest stickers. They are very cool. He also has a Garth shirt that he really likes.

thinking about the flesh and the machine in Hellions (2020) again and the interplay between love and violence and kinship and the fact that john greycrow, an at-least-double amputee who wears his prostheses as weapons and as armor, is unambiguously the emotional heart of the team.
like, he's the one who reaches out, who physically and emotionally supports his teammates when they need someone. he's the man who walked into the dream-desert for kwannon, subverting the nightmare-desert of Inferno (1988) and contrasting the way alex is abandoned by the nightmare robot maddie. they can only reunite, as a team, because john heard kwannon's call and came, no matter how long it took.
and it's john's perspective from which we see a lot of issue #13, where kwannon tries to pull away from him, and he comforts and spends time with peter as he feels abandoned by nanny, and he calls alex out for ignoring the team at the first hellfire gala.
he's also kyle's friend, willing to take him as he is post-arakkification, and he's the first one to get to alex when hex butcher cuts off his hands, the first to comfort him as he lays bleeding in the dirt.
and this is a book that in large part hinges on the conflict between the mutant and the machine, and the way both are malleable and subject to manipulation by people with institutional power (sinister and emma on the council, tarn on the great ring and as cult leader and "father" to the locus vile, the hodge robot & the right in general)
and I just think it's really neat that john, the most visible fusion of mutant and machine in the book, a man who, despite several resurrections, remains an amputee with big fuckoff metal prostheses, is the one whose engagement with the rest of the team forms one of the big emotional cores of the book.

Headcanon that whenever Donna is busy Roy will let Garth babysit Lian. She absolutely loves him and always asks if he’s a mermaid. And Garth absolutely won’t admit it but he loves watching Lian.
I also HC that Garth is a secret Disney nerd so whenever he does get the opportunity to babysit her they always watch Disney movies together (Little mermaid is a favorite with both of them for obvious reasons lol).
