MUDANO - UX Designer

Mudano is a data company specialising in IT Programme and Project Management, utilising analytics and technology to deliver large scale change more effectively with far greater efficiency. They use data to make more informed decisions, predict potential issues and increase business value. They call this Delivery Science.
For 4 months I have successfully de-clutter the UI of their project management software called “Sharktower” and I have been analysing team member behaviours to turn them into insight with the help of data scientists and project managers.
Insight into the project is delivered in real time as users interact with the software. It highlights upcoming issues to the relevant users and provides them the information they need to make good decisions and take preventative actions. It enables the team by focussing on the key activities they need to complete, provides a tool within which they can quickly and seamlessly manage their work load and gives them the information required to deliver more effectively.
RESULTS
• Creation of a centralised to do list and notification system that consolidate all user tasks and insights. The result was 30% more engagement with non Mudano team members (the problematic ones)
• 25% improvement in data quality
This project is under very strict NDA and I unfortunately cannot post anything visual about this very exciting project.
