Hi there..

It's hard. It’s difficult not because I don't have the content, but because I want the content to be perfect. I want it to be original, entertaining, eye catching, and mind blowing; I want it to be spotless. I say to myself every single day, I want to curate something original, something that has never been done before. Though that remains true and my number one goal, those thoughts (among many others) have actually been holding me back. As a very expressive person, I’m being extremely unfair to myself. I am a perfectionist to an extent, and yes everything I do and am involved in I want to be fucking brilliant. However, I have to stop being so hard on myself. Believe that more times than not, it IS good enough.

The fact that I can admit that is a nice little step for me.

So now, the plan is to just......post. More content, content that doesn't have to be perfect all the time, but just post.

Handmade in Northampton, England; Tricker’s are craftsmanship at its finest. The 260 individual processes each pair of their shoes go through, makes these two pairs the best made pair of shoes I own.

Over the past year I’ve gained a great appreciation for how pieces are made and the process behind it all. These two can and will last me a lifetime and that is why these are so special to me.

From the leather uppers to the Goodyear welt soles, these two are damn near perfect. Only imperfection in this photo is that I don’t have a black pair of boots. Tricker’s you care to donate?😩
