Due to eye health issues, children are often advised not to sit in front of a screen for a long time. But the latest study from eye specialists at Glasgow Caledonian University, suggests that children spend at least an hour a day playing computer games, especially the Tetris style of games. The exercise can actually cure vision problems in children, researchers say.

At the American Academy of Opthalmology's annual meeting in Orlando, Florida, a team led by Somen Ghosh of the Micro Surgical Eye Clinic in Kolkata, India, reported that video game therapy improved the visual acuity of 10- to 18-year-olds with amblyopia, or "lazy eye"
