What is wrong with Gta Online npcs?

So today I decided to get on as usual and export a vehicle. This isn’t new btw so it’s been here a while but I am deciding to rant about it today lol 😂. Anyways after modding it I was driving and then a car decided to stop in the right lane of the road sideways, and there is a car stopped in the other lane of the road. I couldn’t stop in time and I wrecked into the car, taking damage and losing money. Idk why the npcs have to be this way. Pls rock* improve the ai of npcs
