Arizona Hot Springs Trail 1/28/23 ~5 to 6.5 mile roundtrip, I believe, depending on where you stop, as there are lots of hot springs dotted en route and a backcountry campground at the end. I never thought I'd say this about somewhere so close to "home" but new favorite trail, AND IT'S NEAR VEGAS (~1/2 an hour from home). 😲 My first time on this trail 😲 bc I usually leave the desert when I want time in nature, but despite the lack of foliage, I've never seen a trail more lively. Lots of hot springs, partying people 🥂 — some in nothing but their birthday suits 🍑, no cell phone service, ... I just about set up camp and never left!
