Gymnastiek Een must voor de hoogste niveau training
Turnen is een behoorlijk competitieve sport; atleten op dit gebied duwen hun lichaam tot het uiterste door uren van krachtige training in de sportschool elke dag. Het is geen eenvoudige sport, als je op dit gebied wilt slagen heb je discipline, doorzettingsvermogen en een goede training nodig.
De turner zal de versnelling in de lengte benaderen en naar het paard toe rennen. Dan, zal hij opstijgen van springplank, dan ondersteunt de apparatuur met beide handen en voltooit zijn vlucht met gymnastische bewegingen en voltooit het met ingerichte landing.
De recreatieve gymnastiekprogramma's zullen zeer zeker door zowel, leeftijd als vaardigheidsniveau worden gecategoriseerd. Mama en mij klasse, voorschoolse en kleuterschool prevalente ontworpen voor specifieke leeftijden. Mama en mij klasse is voor kinderen meestal 18 maanden tot drie jaar oud, voorschoolse klasse betekent 3 vijf jaar oud en kleuterschool klasse is ideaal voor 5 en 6-jarigen. U kunt ook een hellingmat gebruiken die gelijk aan de lijst gaat en één die over het andere facet gaat.
