So the question is: Since Pennywise ate mostly, he ate children and their fears. How would he feel now? well, or to come up with losers? They'd bring him some snacks or something?

Yes, they bring him snacks n' leftovers whenever they can. Eventually, they take him out to eat food once in a while with whatever money they have, such as with allowance. Eating a lot isn't a necessity—he doesn't need to eat as much as a human being (n’ he sleeps most of the time)—but since he's not eating kids, he still feels hunger n’ needs to eat somethin’. The Losers are kids, so they're not really equipped to take care of another (adult) "human" being; he mostly eats unhealthy/junk food.

As for how he feels now, he's still Pennywise, but neither he nor the Losers really understand that. He's nicer, but he's not really nice. He gets taught, mostly by Bill, how to behave, but kindness doesn't come naturally to him; he’s animalistic n' often forgets how to behave properly. It takes a conscious effort for him to be kind, n’ even then, it's a bit artificial. He tries his best to do what's expected of him, n' though he sometimes succeeds, he more often than not fails. Nonetheless, the Losers try their best to be his friend.
