Michael’s eyes went wide - “you want me to what”
“please daddy” Lilith whined
“ask mummy - she’ll braid your hair lily”
“no daddy i want you to braid it” Lilith was persistent-
Michael huffed and puffed as he walked towards Lilith - he would literally do anything for his babygirl, even if he had to learn it just for her.
Michael grabbed 2 elastic ponies and walked towards Lilith - who sat patiently at the table.
“ready” Michael asked as he hovered over Lilith
Lilith tilted her head back and looked up at Michael with a huge grin - “ready!!!”
Michael gently brushed Liliths hair and began to sections into 2 ponies - Michael has seen y/n do it a million times so how hard could it really be - he took 3 strands of hair at the front of Liliths face - and started to twist it -
“oh shi-“ Michael caught himself - this was much harder then he thought.
“lily why don’t we get mummy to help” Michael encouraged
“no - your doing a good job daddy” she smiled - she was just like Michael.
after 20 minutes Michael had twisted and somewhat braided on side of Liliths hair - he felt accomplished- “there all done”
Lilith turned around slowly - “daddy” - her little voice filled with anger - “you forgot this side”
“daddy’s just gonna take a break lily”
“no daddy - i want you to finish it now.” Lilith gritted her teeth
“lily, i’m going to take a small break okay”
Lilith stuck out her bottom lip as tears started to form in her big blue eyes -
“shit” Michael whispered to himself - “i’m whipped” he laughed - he would do anything for Lilith to keep her smiling and laughing-
“dadddy” Liliths voice was shaky and she spoke softly “please”
Michael knew he would do anything for her - “okay lily-bug - daddy will finish braiding your hair” - Michael couldn’t believe how much alike him and Lilith were, she took after him. He was absolutely in love with his lily-bug.

Snow fell softly on the ground outside, the small flakes combined with the (dying) fire in the fireplace in your living room called for the perfect cozy spot.
Spencer entered the house quietly, expecting you to be asleep. Rather, he found you curled up on the sofa watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
“Thought you’d be asleep by now.” He mumbled, climbing onto the couch with you.
“Wanted to watch a movie. Guess I just stayed awake longer than expected.” You replied, cuddling into his chest. “How was work?”
“It was okay.” Spencer told you, sighing when you looked up at him- the same look that you gave him when you wanted him to tell you how his day really was. “It was hard. Local case, victims looked like you. Just wanna be near you right now.”
“That’s okay, my love.” You assured him, knowing when this happened he just needed to hold you close.
