a little note...

i don’t intend on making this too long or too emotional so here’s the deal: i’m not inspired anymore. i lost my muse for jinhong a long while ago and i held onto him tightly with my fingertips because i have him for nearly two years and i love him so much; it’s like giving up on your child, since he’s developed so much over this time and built such important relationship with people (and so did i ooc wise) i will not throw him away. i could never.  it’s just that sometimes you get into this routine and nothing inspires you like you once used to with your muse.

instead, i’ll be putting him on a semi-hiatus. meanwhile i focus on my new muse which inspires me currently but i will not be leaving nor deleting jinhong. i’ll be here, sometimes, just not as often. so if people want to drop the interactions our muses have i’ll completely understand! i’ll drop by once in a full moon or so, i can’t let jinhong ‘die’ since he’s so precious to me. it makes me incredibly upset just thinking about it. 

i love everyone here, but i’ll be on the new blog. i’m not hiding my whereabouts now since it’s pretty obvious -- so feel free to follow me on @kiceun and write, if you’re up for it. i will also continue to rp with jinhong on line ( id is itshong ) so if you feel like it add me. 

that’s about it. this isn’t a farewell (i think my heart will break the day it will be), it’s just a little break that i need to perhaps get my muse for this boy back. thank you for your time, and have a nice day/night ahead of you! i love you all.

when happy:

much like any other normative person happiness in his case comes with smiles, face beaming and eyes filled with joy. he isn’t too ‘extreme’ with expressing felicity however he does not hide or conceal it comparing to other emotions. he smiles and grins more, laughs more and his cheeks are bright with light pink-ish hues of lightheartedness.

when sad:

he’s lugubrious for when he’s sensing any emotion too complicated or burdening to process (which is most of them) then it bursts. he tends to hold himself back from expressing anything therefore sadness which is onerous to deal with is expressed in a touching expression. much to his disdain. 

when they see something they want:

he is not a person who is very ‘pushy’ or aggressive with achieving what he wants -- in that case, if there’s anything (perticularly tangible, an object) then he would simply glance at it. at times, he’d think if there’s a possiblity to get what he wants, but mostly he would just look at it. nothing special in particular.

when their berserk button is pushed:

anger, pure rage and resentment. he’s got anger-issues -- it is expressed in an expression quite ‘harsh’, callous, menacing. he’s got most muscles (jaw in particular) stressed and eyebrows in an excessively deep frown. it cannot be mistaken that he’s tempestuous, and havoc is approaching..

when they see someone they dislike:

he’s very secretive regarding his sentiments; he does not show them and that is the reason when he sees someone he dislikes he simply keeps a solemn facade -- he isn’t too passive-aggressive to offer different repel filled expressions even if it’s a person he strongly dislikes. 

when in wonderment or surprise of something unexpected:

this is a type of expression needless to explain for hen in surprise the natural response of everyone is when their eyes widen immensely, sometimes lips part away and he gazes in puzzlement towards the source of surprise.

when in deep thought or day dreaming:

his gaze is reluctant, unfocused on anything that requires too much attention or information to process -- just about anything that is distant and plain enough to allow his ponders to wander around. his muscles (not only facial) are relaxed,moderatedly solemn and he’s disconnected from his environment.

when in hesitation, having second thoughts or holding oneself back:

his lips stretched inwards, thin and perturbed -- an expression he often inevitably pulls off when ever pertubed; perhaps the hesitations/apprehensions/second-thoughts pertub him and cause him a sense of anxiousness or agitation in a way. he’s lightly frowning- an indication that he’s occupied in thoughts or endeavoring to fix his mind and he’s uncertain... not yet.

when mildly irritated, exasperated (moderately, not enough to burst):

these both icons are two ways exapseration could go; in the first -- he’s close enough to burst yet he hasn’t reached the point where self control is no longer a thing and he explodes with fury. he’s in need of taking a deep breath before he begins to spit venom he will later repent. 

in the second -- it’s an expression of heavily furrowed eyebrows and lips thinly joined together once someone utters or does something which he disagrees to, something which seems irrational/ridiculous/unnecessary/etc to him.

when ashamed, perplexed or embarrassed: there are two ways this could go. the first icon resembles a more positive approach of embarrassment in the sense that, perhaps he’s complimented or feels happy or timid. he cannot allow eye contact to last more than a few seconds and his lips are curved bashfully into a tender smile. he always looks downwards, attempting to control the emotions inside of him.

the second icon resembles a more downhearted ambience which might be a part of the truth. once mortified or ashamed he does not dare to connect gazes and looks up in fact, he avoids the other’s gaze because the more he knows he’s looked at the more shame he feels. he’s regretful, contemplating what he should have done wrong and sensing guilt for not having it done differently.

@rosalynn-cam: I couldn’t imagine Juggie as anyone but Cole tbh. They could have moved to Korea for his mum to get treatment for something - Korean hospitals are often linked to universities and they could be doing something experimental? Otherwise his mum could have been the military kid and she wanted to return to Korea where she went to school

yeah neither can i that’s why i’m uncertain about this bc this whole background story is a lil too risky ... but how would they have the money if his dad’s a criminal? if the kid himself is raised off the tracks? he’s gotta be a problematic kid, too. it’s kinda difficult and i’m not that creative tbvh. i need to make a thorough research since i only see a ‘white’ person ending up in korea if one of the parents had a job there, like of these type of jobs which make their good employees move to another country. or he could be adopted. or his father who’s white messed around with someone and she ditched them both after birth -- and he’s raised by some old couple? something tragic like that. maybe his father lost custody bc of alcoholism or smth... so he’s spending time in an orphanage or at that old couple’s house, in an institution for young offenders idk...

@exbercnt: it’ll be a lot of work. but whatever your decision is, i will always support it u v u i don’t think you would lose him– i hope sweats. it’s like a short break from him, i guess?

@rosalynn-cam: But there’s nothing wrong with Cole/Juggie being white! He can be a foreigner and still live in Korea. You get a lot of military families sending their kids to school there!

yeah it’s gonna be tons of work. i’m not willing to throw a year and a half of effort and character development to the trash but i fear that if i take a break from him (especially that with everything that i’ve been through recently) i will lose muse for jinhong.  yeah it’s not like foreigners are an odd sight in korea but still... i was thinking of leaving his father to be a criminal/gang member/etc and maybe his mother sick so that’s why they moved to korea? to visit her home town or whatever? (making her not white but i’m unsure if that’s very ethical to do) but ... i’m really uncertain about this. i have too many doubts despite this burning yearning to write a muse like jug. i will need to think of a way to change his name and such since i will only do a jughead inspired muse, not jug himself -- but what if there is a korean face claim you guys think about fit? i can’t think of anyone... 16-17 (korean boys) years old are too cute for me to use.

i love him so much too he’s the character i relate to the most (weak wailing sounds in the bg) but cole’s white and that’s the problem man... if he was ‘mix-blood’ or whatever then it would have been much easier. let’s not talk about the ‘c’mere’ he pulled on betts when he kissed her fml or the way his voice broke when he said ‘father’ and ‘don’t let go’ I GOT THE FEELS UGH ugh idk what to do ... it’s not so easy to make a new muse in the heat of the moment -- u need plan things thoroughly...

@exbercnt: JUG IS LIKE MY FAV. LOVE LOVE LOVE HIS CHARACTER. i would say just go with cole because i personally don’t have any problem with fcs that’re not korean. somin’s tutor is not korean. ooor maybe find someone that gives the same vibe as he does. that could work too! i love lurking– just being under the radar u v u you know me.

yeah that’s why i’m not surprised haha. tbvh, anyone besides cole feels like ... not-organic, you know what i mean? i can’t think of anyone who gives off the same vibe, and i’m not sure what i feel about western rp mostly bc i love the people i write with here in krp... hm. i need to think of a background to get this muse into korea in a way or another is a lil too complex and risky hah. besides, eunsoo (who’s a female version of jughead since they have the same personality more or less) is a girl and well... we’ve already reached the conclusion i cannnot write girls as well as i write boys. this is messing with my mind .. and idek if i wouldn’t lose my precious hong once i made a new muse sobs in the bg.

dude. jug’s my life for real ... i love that character like hell he’s so amazing, like the type of character i’d love to write (cos i like complex angsty characters with lots of room for development) but only cole seems fitting as a fc ... hm hm hm what to do ??

hey, yo. i’ve got something to ask you all...

recently i haven’t really been feeling jinhong to be honest ... and as much as i love him (i really do, i’ve been writing him for a year and a half now and i’ve grown so attached to him) i want to write something new. it’s just that ...  i feel like making a jughead inspired muse and the only face claim i feel would fit is cole himself in the show. besides, there’s my muse i’ve had before jinhong who’s sort of like the female version of jughead if i compare between the two --- my question is, would people be interested in writing with her? to those who don’t know who she is; she’s moody and solem, quiet and secretive with a rich inner world - a young rebel, cheeky but sweet once you get to know her. in a very general explanation. .... would it be a good idea to bring her back? revamp her a bit? i don’t wanna lose jinhong, but if no one would be interested in writing with her or him (my new muse) then ... i’ll give up that idea.

         These are words which ache deep down in the midst of his chest ; the smile he has gotten so used to over these years -- impertinent and spirited now erased and exchanged for grimace ... no, he does not like it and it is quite manifest in the way he silently remonstrances to the expression given to him. What ever she has done this time will not (and generally speaking never) make him love her any less -- witnessing a beloved one doubting themselves can bring one's spirit down without any vacillations and he exhales deeply to (as if) emit the frustration which piles up in his failed endeavor to invigorate her spirit. With a frown over his face he whispers   ❛ me too... ❜   and it is barely audible, so hshed that he, himself, can hardly believe he has uttered those words. And there is a moment of silence passing by ; it is brief however ponderous and they cannot help themelves but sink into morbidity which is rather inevitable, if inquired to him. He's toil and repentant for not having the proper skills to make someone feel better in times of despondency -- not physical nor verbal abilities ... only an innocently courteous smile which plasters atop his lips and an earnest pair of eyes to offer solicitude, as much as possible. She is his best friend and seeing her like that is nowhere near to his liking (to say the least) so he chooses to smile towards her for he believes smiles are contagious ... but boy, isn't he wrong at times ----- his naive belief in good and humanitarianism can deeply disappoint sometimes, tragically. There is still a brighter approach in him which does not cease to exist nonetheless of how many times his heart is broken or pride damaged and he chooses to behave accoring to her. Anything -- he will do anything to make her smile once again ... even if his words are mumbled in such a bulky ungraceful way. He only means well.

         Oh no he has done it again --- condescending  glances which aren’t genuine ; he’s only seen aloof and popinjay by expression when he frankly isn’t -- merely, the outlines of his facial features and the smallest of motions he cannot bother to notice upon his face cause him to appear so haughty or grim or exasperated or anything in between or a mixture of all those ... poor boy. Poor man who is seated by his side and now the boy contemplates with a fair amount of culpability whether he had or had not crudely broke down some barriers which he should have not. Excuse his inquisitive nature -- it is a conduct which he cannot predominate (and some times neither does he want to) that his eyes are big for more knowledge, for whichever topic it may be. That, at times, comes with a price of affronting others with his excessive amount of curiosity and seeming too obtrusive to things he should disregard. Forgive the poor boy for the lack of ability to control himself once he's prying -- it may seem impertinent and domineering but he truly means no harm. 

❛ I just... wanted to know what you meant by not being able to remember stuff, man, don't be like this... ❜ The cheeky or teasing or whatever that is smile of his is decreased down to a pair of joined lips in grimace upon realization that he may have got himself in trouble, again, and his eyes move to the floor in front of him meanwhile dire fraughtly onerous silence reigns the air around the two of them, intolerable silence --- it is dolorous to him for the longer it continues the more guilt he's feeling heaving the midst of his chest (yes, he is that sensitive) and that is plainly unpleasant.

         Jinhong abhors confrontations  ---  he’s a man of peace, of tranquility, of still waters and stability ... a man, so to say-- merely a boy, a teenager lost in his own idealistic world where every single soul on earth is made of good, sheer good and solicitude is the only way for eternal, perpetual placidity. He thinks that simply offering some sense of solicitude towards others may bring to a change but he’s yet to figure these things out -- he’s still a child, he’s yet to learn... that life, well... in life some people are made of pure evil, malice and that their main causes are to cause havoc upon this earth without any second thought of who will be impaired along their way of total annihilation. Thinking in such a positive perspective is lovely and delightful however juvenile and that is exactly what he is --- childish. He’s yet to experience things to realize these facts --- once he would experience life at its fullest and/or decides to remove his goggles (mostly or) of pink beautiful and sweet perception in which throughout the world is beloved and gracious and the people living in it are humanitarian and come from good causes only, perhaps then he shall comprehend the progress the bitter truth of this world. But he’s still oblivious, still ignorant regardless of anything said or done to him ... truly, a lost case. With these being said he obviously does not for a second ponder about any noxious intentions of any of these sides ; Jun’s side of the deal versus Mr. Stranger who had appearently some sort of business with his so-called friend (to the fact which he’s used as prey he’s also completely oblivious) and whom ever genuinely owns money to whom...? Well, before that and the fact that he does not truly care and neither does he want to get involved in business that are not his own ------ Jinhong is simply a lighthearted, meek youngster -- a boy with a jovial smile and spirit planning on spending some time with his friend. Even if that means following the older one of the two into places he isn’t quite familiar with ... he’s a boy of wonder, that is certain, and he doesn’t care much where he’s conveyed towards for he trusts his friend, and he wishes to believe with all of his heart that where they are heading towards will be fun and mirth, worthy of the enigma in these streets they walk in.

She walks into the café after a hard day of work and breathes deeply, the smell of sweets and caffeine makes her smile even though she doesn’t like coffee. She simply enjoys the calm and quiet atmosphere of the place, feeling like she could go crazy if she didn’t have a cup of her favorite tea soon, and that was exactly why she was there: the best strawberry tea in whole Seoul! She needed her little dose of Heaven before going home.

And her smile only widens when she sees an already familiar face, stepping carefully towards the young male before speaking to him, her voice is gentle and sweet. “Jinhong?” Daeun tilts her head and smiles brightly, her eyes almost vanish into thin crescents. She has seen him there at the place a few times, he was singing most of the times but in others, just like this day, he was sitting by one of the tables — maybe getting ready before blessing the customers with his cover songs.

“Long time I haven’t seen you, how have you been?”

         The back pack is heavy and against his shoulders there are most likely reddish lines matching to the size and placement of the straps. If he thought school books could not be heavier then he was wrong for they could, and they are; he’s jaded and stressed and his faituged body is barely carried around these streets – some one give this boy an award for keeping awake so long – it seems as if the bags underneath his eyes only grow deeper, darker … coffee is not the solution albeit the strong aroma and somewhat addictive taste momentarily pacifies, satisfies … good enough for him. He is not an addict and that is an important note however, he relishes the taste and now of all he’s craving something strong with the sensation given — something rejuvenating, feasibly. The beloved guitar leaning between his sturdy legs and partly against the bar where he’s waiting for his order to arrive … sugar sugar sugar … whrere do they keep the suga— ah! He’s found it, finally! And afterwards the moment of vague revery which kept all his senses oblivious to his surroundings, the two flimsy fingers reaching for the sugar jolt, abruptly squall ; not rigidly nonetheless not as lightly as liabled therefor he almost manages to topple the glass jar containing it onto the floor —– fortunately enough, he manages to catch onto it half a second later and place it back in place. More fortune than wit would be the right phrase to portray the situation. He’s filled with quandary, hoping that the woman this (familiar) voice came from did not notice his abrupt puzzlement and movements. So once glancing by turning most of his back towards her he then offers a smile — entirely genuine however a part of its purpose is to conceal his chagrin. 

❛ Ah, hello–! ❜ He has got nothing else to utter as a first response meanwhile fixing the sugar bags in the jar, but he is earnest with the amiablity offered in his gaze and that must be positive… or so he hopes. ❛ I’ve been… well, ❜ for it is an indispensable and obligatory response to such queries – he cannot begin to elucidate various ventilations which bother him as a primary response; he first must behave cordially and smile, nod his head, state that he is fine and everything is fine and only when inquired he can debate (with himelf) whether or not to substantiate regarding his current apprehensions. Meanwhile, he chooses to wear a lovelier mask onto his face. ❛ You know, the usual, nothing much new or exciting … what about you, though? It’s been a while since last time we met… – ❜
