Isaiah 53:4-5 

Yet he was the one who carried our sicknesses and endured the torment of our sufferings. We viewed him as one who was being punished for something he himself had done, as one who was struck down by God and brought low. But it was because of our rebellious deeds that he was pierced and because of our sins that he was crushed. He endured the punishment that made us completely whole, and in his wounding we found our healing.

Breathe on us oh breath of God and fill our lungs with a renewed and refreshed breath of life of Your life-giving presence.

Let Your breath, oh God saturate every part of our being.

As we exhale, we relinquish all that is not of You.

We inhale deeply, and again, the air of Your presence is restored and our lungs expand with life and health.

In, with You... Out with all that is not of You.

Our soul life prospers and healing comes.

I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. This is the mighty power that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him to the place of highest honor and supreme authority in the heavenly realm! And now he is exalted as first above every ruler, authority, government, and realm of power in existence! God has put everything beneath the authority of Jesus Christ and has given him the highest rank above all others. And now we, his church, are his body on the earth and that which fills him who is being filled by it!

Time spent with You Father I begin to see, hear, understand, and know You.  

The more I know You the more I want to know You.

Holy Spirit, my Comforter sent by my Father, teach me and bring to my mind Your words that I may know You more.

And as I apply Your knowledge I will not have only known You, but have experienced You...

In the pause today I hear the words breathe, just breathe.

As I inhale I sense Your presence and as I exhale I let go of and renounce all that steals life in You, and I breathe You in.

I breathe in life, love, goodness, grace, mercy, forgiveness and Your goodness is too vast to list.

You, You, are the air, I breathe. Fill me up Lord with, You...I breathe, just breathe.
