S'okay, Gideon knows this is how Harrow shows affection.
sailor bones does have an attack btw, like aside from just general necromancy. it's called Bone Tiara Magic and it involves a lot of spinning and gymnastics in front of a pretty background with sparkles etc. and then she just throws a fucking femur at your head

a variant on option 3:
"Okay, lets go save kidnapee."
*good guys go out the front door, find kidnapee on their doorstep bound and gagged with an attached note reading...*
Take them back, PLEASE!
One of my absolute favorite tropes is
“We have taken the one you love most!”
“Oh, have you? Good fukken luck lmao”
*distant screams of kidnappers as loved one escapes*
or the flipside:
“We’ve kidnapped you!”
“You are in so much trouble. You are in so much fucking trouble. You are in the most trouble ever, oh my god.”
*DOOR EXPLODES INWARDS AS LOVED ONE ARRIVES*
and the alternate:
*vehicle pulls up, door opens, person is shoved out, door slams, vehicle screeches away*
“Did you get kidnapped??”
“For a minute yeah”

Unfortunately, Gilgamesh was too cool. He oppressed the people of Uruk, taking their lunch money and getting real friendly with all their moms. And so the people cried out to the gods for deliverance. "Save us," they said. "Gilgamesh is much bigger and hotter than us and we cannot stop him."
The gods heard their pleas and sent Bigfoot to kick Gilgamesh's ass. However, the gods overlooked one very important fact, which is that they were both bisexual.

The Fallout show is pretty fun so far. I still have 3 episodes to go. Everytime Lucy said "Okey dokey", this was all I could picture.

and the artist to kill him off was Frikkin Rob LIEFELD, the one artist for whom Warlock's whole thing of "panel to panel consistency is for self-friends" would have been a goldmine for what few strengths Liefeld had.
Question:
What is it about Warlock, that doesn’t seem to work very well in the modern era?
It seems like after New Mutants/Inferno…the character just kind of fell apart…?
Is it because it’s a character you NEED a certain writer to get right? Did writers just not know what to do with him? Is it because he lost Doug (his human connection) for a period of time and became less relatable??
I just think it’s weird that characters like Doop, No-Girl, Martha, Glob, and others have consistently been able to maintain a pretty solid hold in X-books…but I feel like Warlock just fell out of favor without Doug…
I do think it’s interesting how weirder character concepts don’t seem to have a good shelf life however…
Almost ALL of Gen X…Gold Balls…Bird Boy and Gossamer…Marrow and Maggott…Fallen Angels…Rockslide…
The more unique- the less likely they’ll last ☹️

"So, do we reveal to him we've been playing dumb the whole time now, or...?"
"YOU GUYS CAN TALK?"
"Apparently we weren't just playing, Carl."

You were the caretaker for the mythical beasts of the royal family. Yesterday they decided to replace you with some incompetent noble, before kicking you out of the castle. You then spent the night in a nearby forest. However today you were awakened by the beasts who chose to follow you.

I'd like to think that the track record of said Muses (IE: dying horribly on the average) also played a part, where Persephone's thoughts on the idea are:
you know in Orphic tradition, Demeter prophesied Apollo would marry Persephone.
So the one person that Demeter would actually approve of, doesnt see Persephone that way and I think thats hilarious
yeah, Apollo loves his muses too much ;)
