W6 - WEN Ignite Experience
Making a product is not that easy, as there are many plans that need to be carefully laid out to ensure the success of the business. It's not just a matter of implementing an idea; thorough consideration and planning are essential. Conducting interviews is necessary to truly understand if there's a substantial market for the product. This step helps in gathering insights, understanding user needs, and ensuring that the product meets the demands and expectations of potential customers.

W5 - Customer Segments
The insight I've gained from our interviews is that there are indeed people who are willing to spend a lot for their pets. It's surprising to me because I never realized that there were individuals who would go to such lengths to lavish money on their pets, especially those with fancy breeds. Personally, I'm not much of a pet lover, and we don't have any pets at home. I just hope they don't spend such a significant amount of money only on fancy breed pets. It would be great if they also consider normal pets because they deserve a good life too.

W4 - Value Proposition Canvas
What I've learned from this week's interviews is that even though pets may roam around outside the house, visiting neighboring houses, their lives are actually at risk. It's not just about having a stroll; their safety is in jeopardy. Unfortunately, there are people with malicious intentions who are willing to harm pets if they don't want them around or if they simply want to be ruthless. It's truly disheartening to realize that some individuals could be so callous towards innocent animals.

W3 - Customer Discovery of your Group Idea
When we were doing interviews, we found out that people deal with all sorts of problems as customers. But a major thing that came up a lot was the struggle of losing pets and they are having a hard time to locate them quickly. So, we decided to choose one from our three proposed solutions, and that choice was Furfinder.
This week was an eye-opener. We realized that people don't just want a solution to their problems; they want something that hits them in the feels, especially when it comes to their pets. To make Furfinder stand out, we brainstormed some cool features like real-time tracking and personalized alerts. This isn't just about fixing the problem but also making it a better experience for both pets and their owners.

W2 - Problem Exploration and Team Formation
Finding a solution to a problem is really challenging; we even need to conduct interviews with individuals from various places. I thought we might run out of time in creating our presentation, but our leader, who is exceptionally active, helped us complete it on time. It's not difficult to collaborate with my team because we are already friends, familiar with each other, and can easily understand one another. I hope that even after completing this project, we will remain united, with no one left behind.
Additionally, it's beneficial to capitalize on our existing friendship and understanding, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment throughout the project.

W1 - Intro to Technopreneurship and Test Results
Technopreneurship helps me think creatively by figuring out new and useful projects for people. With numerous interviews and presentations ahead, I'll need to interact with strangers and speak in front of a crowd, challenging me to enhance my communication skills and step out of my comfort zone.
Observing the presentations my classmates delivered in our last meeting, and considering the feedback our instructor provided, I gained valuable insights. In presentations, it's crucial to dive directly into the main topic. This is because, in future encounters with inventors, their time may be limited, requiring us to efficiently use our allotted time. It's essential to practice delivering information concisely while ensuring the details are well-presented. I also learned that maintaining composure during presentations is key.
Staying calm during presentations is important. Avoiding pressure and staying relaxed is crucial for good communication. Speaking confidently is a big part of it. These ideas guide me as I get ready to represent our group in future presentations. That's why I'm practicing a lot to make sure I can speak confidently.
