Wanderlust is a rather ambiguous emotion, a tingling in the back of your mind, a twinge at the edge of your heart, but it is completely indisputable and can bring the most desirous and the most contentment of anything I have ever felt.

Wanderlust is a powerful thing. It is the thirst and love for exploring, for learning, for seeing what you have never glimpse before, and desiring to see every corner of the World.

I love beaches and I had this amazing adventure at Basdaku Moalboal. It was a Maldives worthy experience when we went there. Basdaku Beach in Moalboal is the little paradise in the south. You can experience Basdaku Beach’s wide shoreline, a pure white sand and its crystal clear waters which is instagram worthy.

From South Bus Terminal, we rode a bus bound to Moalboal or Badian. The etimated bus fare is affordable which is ₱150-180 pesos per person (one-way). We asked to be dropped off at Moalboal town proper and the conductor was kind enought to helped us. From there we can rode a tricycle and took us to Basdaku Beach. The fare was ₱30 pesos per head (one-way). I was overwhelmed with excitement when we arrived and saw the beautiful wide white sand shoreline and its extremely crystal clear water.

We only rent an umbrella so that we can stay near the shore and taste the fresh sea breeze. There were a lot of cottages for rent and even foods, almost everything you need is there. At night time you can camp out beside the shoreline and enjoy the night sea breeze and the starry night sky. It was wonderful, relaxing and one of the most memorable experience I had and lastly it is even affordable that a ₱1000 pesos bill can take you to paradise and satisfy your thirst for wanderlust.
