Submissions are now officially closed! Thank you to everyone who sent one in! In the end, we have a grand total of 162 different actors for the tournament.
The full list of actors can be found below. People who have been added since the last list was posted are all at the bottom.
I'll be getting to work on the match-ups; I'm gonna aim to hopefully have the polls start going out by the end of the week. I'll make another announcement before the first polls go up.
I wouldn't be surprised if Howard Burden (who gives me queer vibes) pushed for one but was denied because Rob and Doug had twigged that that was a possible indication of queerness in men. Considering Low Rimmer DID have one.
I have said it before, but having just come across this photo again, I will ask again:
Craig had a pierced ear. Why did Lister never wear an earring?
After *cough* a while, I've added a second chapter to this and updated the tags and summary. Here's a taster.
If bats could appear hesitant, this one did. It remained stationary for a while, deep brown eyes fixed upon the house, before opening its wings once more and flying up to the front door.
There was a puff of smoke and the bat vanished. The human form of Dave Lister materialised, looking nervous.
can't believe i made a post about bodyswap lister and it confirming i crush on the character rather than the actor when i had a definite childhood crush on robot wars era craig
Sarah Michelle Gellar - (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) - No text propaganda
Hattie Hayridge - (Red Dwarf, Lexx, Jonathan Creek) - I'm nominating her for her performance as Holly in comedy sci-fi "Red Dwarf" in the late 80s and early 90s. Holly is the title spaceship's computer, but Hattie's performance is extremely human. She's not there to be sexy, she just is, along with being scatty, well-meaning and just as likely to get the crew into trouble as out of it. Her swansong comes in an episode frequently voted the best ever where she saves the hallucinating crew from killing themselves. We see her versatility as she plays several different versions of her character, including an alternate version who's human and casually seduces a heroic pilot. And finally, she's just damn funny. The actress is also wonderful with fans, going out of her way to spend time with them at conventions even when she's not being paid. I've been on the same dancefloor as her so I know this from personal experience.

Red Dwarf - White Hole: Genius Holly & Talkie Toaster
Your other L/R Dwarfers, I cannot believe you’re just sleeping on Lister telling about how he used to work with Rimmer BY PULLING OUT AN EARNEST, LENGTHY EXPLANATION ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PIPE CLEANERS TO UNCLOG THE NOZZLES as though he’s the expert on it.
Honestly, I’m amazed we didn’t get Rimmer wandering about at one point in a Hawaiian shirt and fingerless gloves. :-P
Victorian London, a year after the events of "Blood Of The Smegged". Benevolent polyamorous vampire couple Count Arnold Rimmer and Dave Lister find their peaceful existence disrupted when the predatory Count Dracula targets their human lover Dr Frank Van Todhunter.
Whilst it does help if you've already read "BOTS", this fic can be understood without having done so.

the red dwarf x rocky horror picture show crossover nobody asked for!!!
(ignore all the costume irregularities, i ended up just having fun with it😭 also them wearing the lesbian flag colours was an honest accident but not a bad one in my opinion)
