after birthday party

It's been a tiring day for everyone. Enhypen just wrapped up another concert for their Japan tour, morning interviews and fanmeets, guest appearances, and to top it all off, it was Kira's birthday today so she had to do a live to thank the fans.

In the events of her birthday live, her members knocked on her door with confetti canon and a birthday cake for the birthday girl and they stayed for a while to talk to her and engenes as they sing her a happy birthday. Before it ended, Jake quietly took his time to get ready for bed.

As Kira turns of the live she lies down on her bed inside her and Jake's shared room as her roomate was finishing washing up. The echoing sound of the shower could be heard while the girl rests her eyes waiting for her member to finish. Thankfully, she already took her bath before turning on the love because getting up to get ready for bed didn't seem like an option for her at the moment.

A few minutes later, the bathroom door opens and Jake walks out, freshly bathed. "You've finished your live?" he asks as he rubs the remaining water out of his hair. Kira nodded in reply, her eyes still closed and her body sprawled against the bed. "Then why didn't you sleep yet?" he asks again, this time he sits on Kira's bed as he leans againsts his arms looking at the older girl.

"I was waiting for you to finish up" She replies in a whisper. This time, Kira tugs on Jake's shirt asking him to lie down with her. She moves to her side and gives him space for him to get comfortable it, "You didn't have to", he replies as he got settled down. His arm turned intoa pillow as Kira rests on it while his other hand brushes away the hair on her face.

Kira nuzzles her head on Jake's neck as she gives him a hug. "Yeah, but I want to wish you a good night before I sleep"

The Australian boy chuckles and nuzzles his head back. The hand that was brushing her, now rested on her back as he grips her in a tight embrace. "Why are you so cute?" He asks with a smile on his face. "Good night" He whispers in her ear.

"Good night" She whispers back. "Now, get some rest", the younger male says as he was abput to let go. She tightens her embrace not allowing him to get away. "Stay with me tonight, please" She talks.

For engenes, this was a side of her that they barely saw— soft and clinging for attention. And only if you look close enough, you'd realize this side of her. She always had this cold exterior and she loved to act like she emotionless, her members, especially Jake, knew that this was a privilege only he and the rest were special enough to openly experience.

"Alright, since it's your birthday" Jake replies back with a smile.

He gives her a kiss on the forehead and rubs her back. "Happy birthday, love. Good night"

They were so similar that they didn't have the chance to grow with one another and soon they fell out of love. It was short lived but it was a good breakup. Yeona thinks it would've been the best because she thinks that if they stayed they would've only hurt the other more with the constant fighting. This one took a long time before it actually happened. The two were in the same group together and Yeona had this philosophy that she shouldn't date any of her members after receiving so much hate over the mere thought that she was "seducing" them when she was not. All the feelings they for one another at the beginning were platonic and friendly. Yeona didn't even think she'd consider to like him, but eventually she began drawing feelings for him in 2019. At first she thought that she was just attracted to hin physically (because who wouldn't), until she began to notice that the actions Wonwoo would do in the past seemed to have a different effect on her now. Wonwoo on the other hand didn't notice any of his feelings until she began seeing Taeyang. Once he thought he was just being over protective of her but soon he realized that it was because he likes her. He kept it a secret for so long because she was in a happy relationship and because he know that she didn't want to get involved with any of the members. Then as soon as 2021 happened, they began to show more of their feelings to the other. The other members were more than happy on the other hand to see some progress between the two because they've been noticing their feelings toward the other for a while now and thought that they should leave it between them to figure it out. On October 2021, Wonwoo finally opened up his feelings after hiding for years which Yeona reciprocated. The pair have been dating since.
