Escribir siempre ha existido como la terapia mas sabia que el hombre haya conocido, entre las distintas razones existe una escencial, es tu mundo, lo creas o lo destruyes, te sientes sin barreras y lo mejor aun es una pagina blanca y tu decides que escribir en ella; a diferencia de lo que algunos pueden pensar en la vida, por aquel 50% que cree que nuestro destino esta escrito y solo le damos vuelta a las paginas de nuestro propio libro. En este caso, comienzo esta terapia con mi propia motivacion, ser saludable, proteger mi vida y la de los que me rodea. Para ello se necesitan sacrificios, pequeños o grandes, - 6 meses sin una sola cerveza - 6 meses sin carne roja No es el primer intento y solo logre dejar la carne roja por 6 meses y la cerveza solo 3 meses. Es importante constar, ni soy alcoholico ni soy carnivoro; recuerda no nacimos siendo carnivoros, al contrario el cuerpo festeja mejor las proteinas no animal; Hoy 11 de Mayo, soy 132 kilos de masa, cabe destacar que de esos 132 kilos, 39 kg son de grasa Mi dieta sera alta en proteina, baja en carbohidratos. - pechuga de pollo - salmon - espinacas - frutas: berries, manzana verde - avena con manzana verde (sin lacteos) - atun - verduras: apio, pepino, zuccini, tomate, champiñones y brocoli Ejercicio : correr en caminadora 30 min retomare el habito, pasando unas dos semanas, retomare las pesas, ( antes lo hacia, no es fuerza, no es velocidad, ni peso, es movimiento, balance y mente) Dia 1 : el inicio de la motivacion
