Im currently in a cal deficit, and I was making dinner, it had the perfect amount of cals for my deficit, and I was going on autopilot and I added fucking olive oil to it, thankfully I didn't eat all of it so I'm still in my cal deficit, but I still feel like a fucking dumbass for it
