Jumin’s reaction to you calling him pretty

“MC? Are you alright?”
The dark haired man fell silent when he realized that the woman in the seat in front of him wasn’t responding to anything he was saying.
She didn’t seem bored. Not at all. She was simply just observing him, eyes filled with adoration.
You had been watching him through the flame of the candle on the table. Watched as his pale, slim hand moved the fork to his mouth.
“You’re so pretty”, you suddenly said as you slightly tilted your head.
Jumin’s eyes widened in surprise and he froze in his seat, completely at loss for words.
“I beg your pardon?”, he managed to muster.
You held back a smile as you watched Jumin’s pale face slowly turn red. You fidgeted with the cutlery beside your plate.
“I think you’re really pretty - you don’t get that a lot?”
Jumin clutched the fork in his hand.
“ah - well sometimes”
your eyes met his.
“It just feels different when it’s from you”
