The education in this template is based on the UK system

Here's a helpful link for the SAS Fitness test + Points system

military service numbers

For the UK - eight-digit number, e.g. 25232301

For the US (use the following format with different eight-digit number) -

12-345-678: US Army and Air Force

123-45-67: US Navy

1234-567: US Coast Guard

1234567890* (a ten digit number, thank you @sandloaf for pointing this out!!): US Marine Corps

12345: most U.S. military officers

For Canada - random alphabetic letter and eight-digit number in the format - X12 345 678

Look I mean this in the best way possible, but if you want more engagements so bad, maybe you can try making more interesting things. You doing 3d renders is alrdy making you the same as anybody else.

Tumblr doesn't do shadowbanning, people do see your content, it's just that they scroll past because your renders are... Mediocre and unspecial.

You do so many renders about Soap x OC and Adler x Bell!OC, but almost nobody cared because they're just like any other OC's out there.

Rather than complaining about Tumblr shadowbanning you (they don't) ask yourself this: What makes your OC special, and deserves more likes and engagements than the others?

I can't control what you feel about this ask, this isn't hate. I think your renders are good, but not interesting enough.

any ideas how to make them more interesting? huh?

Tell me honest, anon, what's could make OCs more interesting?

My blog is mostly dedicated to my OCs. That's why I make renders with them (a lot). Like... any artitst make so many artworks with their OCs in fandoms, right?

So, if you critisize - get the ideas. I guess you know better what i need to do with my OCs and how i should to tell their stories.

I ask myself every fuckin' day how else I can make my characters interesting. What more can I tell about them? What work can I do to keep people interested? But I’m guessing that you don’t even remotely understand what it means to generate ideas and think about all this.

And you don’t understand what it’s like to spend so much time setting up the light, choosing the poses, writing a stories and putting it all together, and also spending several hours rendering it. Yes, from the outside it seems like it’s a small and easy job, but you have no idea. And after such a massive work, I get… messages that my work is mediocre.

And yes, of course, having said how boring and uninteresting my works are, finally say that this is not hate. And what's this? Friendly advice? Yeahhhhhh i see

Instead of ignoring my crap or giving really useful advices, you choose to be passive aggressive.

And i guess i know who you are. Please block me and you will never see me again on you recomendations or feed.

Some cute Adler hc eheh

I imagine Adler as a traditional dude. A dude with conservative values, a dude whom we nowadays would call a classic old man. But at the same time, he is open minded and tries to understand stuff. Even if he fails miserably most of the time. He is just a stubborn dude. But he tries.

I think he‘d be that person to be like reading newspaper in the mornings and just doing his stuff.

I feel like he‘d be respectful to women too, he‘d appreciate his (if he has/had one) wife’s cooking but he probably wouldn’t tell her to do that as a must. He wouldn’t like this concept of „women belong there while men do actual stuff.“

Maybe he’d get his SO a nice gift once in a while but he acts like „oh yeah you mentioned this and I thought it would be useful.“ He just brushes that off but actually he hopes they like the gift.

I don’t think he‘d be overly affectionate but he would do small gestures that are only for his SO, for example a certain eyecontact, brushing hands against each other’s, a small smile, lending his jacket, etc.

In the beginning of a new relationship, Adler would be cautious and his job doesn’t really help. He is always alert, constantly trying to analyze and assess situations. He needs a long time to understand that his SO is his safe haven.

Adler has difficulties showing his love but actually, he has so much of it. Just no idea how to express it. Once he accepts the affection he feels, he shows the small gestures and the very first one would be sharing his sacred, favorite cigarettes with his SO.

Adler suffers from terrible nightmares but he brushes them off despite looking tired and exhausted during the day. Until one day he falls asleep near that damn evidence board. Not even all the coffee and cigarettes in the world would have stopped that.

I can also imagine his SO being sad because Adler never gifts them flowers because „They are too expensive for what they are, I‘d rather gift you something that lasts. Flowers are stupid.“

But he would show up with the biggest bouquet anyways.

Random Adler Idea...

Ok so I've been into Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood lately because of Brad Pitt's character looking so similar to Adler LMAO and I can't get over Cliff Booth's dog, Brandy

I know people prefer the idea of Adler having a cat, which I love as well, but I also can't get over the idea of him having a super well-trained guard dog like Cliff Booth where all he has to do is click his tongue or whistle and the dog goes into attack mode

It just has such an Adler vibe to me LOL, like imagine him chilling at home on leave or whatever the CIA equivalent is and he's got this big slobbery dog who keeps him company while he's watching TV or working on the house

Maybe one of his neighbors keeps an eye on the dog while Adler is gone and the beast of a canine is only truly comfortable around its owner, which is why they get along so well🥹 he'd definitely name the dog after a cigarette brand like Marlboro or Winston lol

ANYWAY a completely random thought but I'd love to hear what y'all think about it! Feel free to add your own thoughts, I wanna expand on this idea a bit haha

So let's clarify a few things, lezz go:

"Please Don't Repost My Art..."

Reblog = Klicking the reblog button

Repost = Downloading my drawing, and then posting them on your own social media/page.

Reblog -> Yes! Absolutely. I love you.

Repost -> NO. Ask me first, please. The answer is usually no, though. "but why?" because reposters usually don't credit my name on the caption or the description. That means people who see the art doesn't know it's my art and belongs to that reposter. I always put watermark on my art, but a friend once told me that it used to take them months to find me from a reposted art.

"What if I credit?" Depends on who you are. When Neil Ellice reposted my art, he didn't ask me first, but he sure damn credited me and even put some kind words for me. Oh, and he's also the guy whom I draw. So for him it's a special occasion! But if you're just an admirer who wants to post my art, I'm sorry, but no, please don't.

"Why :(( but I wanna share your arts! They're cool. I will credit you!" Again, no. You can share it to your friends on messages. But not on Social Media where you have a profile/page that's present to see by people. If you wanna post my art on your social media to gain followers for yourself... Even if you credit me, Nope.

Say a writer wants to write a Ghost x Reader fic. BUT in order to catch a reader's eyes, they downloaded one of my GhostJade art, and then attached my GhostJade drawing on the fic. So Jade, my OC, became a 'placeholder' for 'Reader'.

NOPEDY, NOPE.

I've built my OC Jade for years now, and I can't just let her be used as a placeholder for Reader. She has her own story and her own appearance.

Domestic CIA

So I did Domestic Captain before, so now have the CIA agents.

I saw a prompt today about how Adler would actually smile while holding his newborn and I HAD to doodle it at least, so I did. I make him had another baby, it’s a boy and it’s named after himself.

I’m a sucker for domestic and fluff so yes, I make him soft here having a family (that’s my OC Aleks and their first daughter Marynee) and all because fluff is always so cuteeeeee.

Last one is Woods and Abby Mason (my pookie’s @revnah1406 OC) since Woods is the best dad ever and nobody can tell me otherwise and I love him being a father figure to Abby (and to David ofc)

I plan to do more and maybe color these or at least make them have a decent lineart lol 💀❤️
