If it's the thing I think it is, it's really only Half a pokemon.
The other half is... something else. Something kinda messed up.
I was gonna do a video essay about it, but I don't actually want to get close to the tunnel.
Rest in peace Griffin. You were a bro.
Had to go to a funeral today. Some tunnel creature killed one of my coworkers.
I usually can’t stand people, but Griffin was a great guy. His parents sucked ass, but he was really close to his grandmother who is really nice. Most of his paycheck went to taking care of her and paying for her assisted living. With him dead, she’s got no one really.
I’m going to see if I can convince the boss to keep paying for her to live in that residence place. It’s not like Griffin’s using the money anymore.
This is probably the first time I’ve really been mad at a pokemon. It doesn’t feel good.

Man the haters are out In Force today T-Squad lmao. That's what we in the industry call a research.
Look at how bad they want people to think the Heartfelt Foundation is soo bad. You know. For helping people. Sad tbh. Luckily you guys talking about it just gives ME the opportunity to drop my donate link again!
As much as I hate to make posts like this, in light of recent circumstances I feel the need to urge people NOT TO DONATE to an Organization known as the Heartfelt Foundation.
You may have heard several prominent streamers raising money for their organization, getting handed high interest sponsorships and becoming highly involved in the lives of said sponsors thereafter.
We are led to believe this Foundation is responsible for the disappearance of @ladyzee-oddityhunter , as well as her current partner, Gym Leader Fouroh of Glitch City. There has still been no contact with either of them since Sunday night, and little is known of Zee's location since she was last seen at one of the Foundation's shelters.
As of right now their organization is now the subject of an ongoing investigation. If I am proven to be incorrect in sharing any of this information I will happily recant any of these statements, but for now I cannot endorse supporting the Heartfelt Foundation or any of its shelters.
Please think twice before donating to or supporting this organization.

I'm just saying if you're going to be out here spreading misinformation you should be ready for people to call you on it.
None of the conspiracy theories about the Heartfelt Foundation are true. It's just another case of people wanting to tear down a great organization BECAUSE they are good at what they do lol.

Man it's so sad to see people spreading all this misinformation about such a great charity.
Real talk, this is nothing but conspiracy theory bullshit. The Heartfelt Society helps loads of pokemon find homes every day. When you post blatant lies like this you are HURTING POKEMON.

Judge 👩⚖️- The plaintiff can now call his first witness to the stand.
Pandora stands and clears her throat, facing the jury once again with clear command of the court room. She speaks clearly as she motions Tress forward.
Pandora📝- Your honor, the plaintiff would like to first call Tress to the stand.
Tress (or Triss) the Glitch City surge protector takes the stand. She stands out next to the rest of the witnesses, and the defendant and plaintiff for that matter. Her skin is grey, and dark hair is pulled back into a loose ponytail. She seems a little out of sorts as she approaches the stand. There is a far away look on her face. Like a deerling in the headlights.
Judge 👩⚖️- Place your hand on the book of Arceus. Do you swear in Arceus's name, or by the name of any deity you believe in, to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth?
Triss- I do.
Pandora📝- Hello there- we appreciate your willingness to testify today. Do you mind stating your name and relationship to Mr. Loraine for the court?
Triss- My name is Triss and.…and I would rather not have anything to do with Taylor after this trial.
Pandora📝- “I understand. I can imagine this has been a lot for you. I’ll make this as quick as possible. To whatever extent is comfortable for you, could you tell the court about what you’ve experienced?
Triss- … Can I ask what you mean by that..? I apologize, I don't know which part you are talking about here…
Pandora📝- That's alright; I'd actually like to hear about your own reaction to the assault. I'm sure it was a lot to witness.
Triss seems to shift uncertainly as she goes to recount what she saw.
Triss- Well… I had to leave the chat because Taylor really upset me, he brought up a past trauma I had because he was upset at me. When I got back, however, there was several people freaking out in chat and I assume that Taylor, Jax, and Cooper had their speech to text on, and Jax saying he was going to leave Coffee at Taylor's place. And I saw Jax say 'have fun with soap eater'. Taylor noticed I was back in chat and said they were trying to kill him, and Cooper replied 'not kill, just injure'. At this point, I was trying to figure out what was happening, and during this I learned Coffee was a cofagrigus, and that Jax was worried Coffee would maul him on the way there and I logged out after that.
It all comes out in one large lump of sentences. It seems that when she is overwhelmed she can really chatter.
Pandora📝- Well, that certainly sounds like it was a rather strenuous day for you. I'm sorry you had to go through all of that. Your recollection has been very helpful- just to confirm, you said Mr. Magnolia said in chat, specifically, that they were aiming to injure Mr. Loraine?
Triss- Yeah...
Pandora📝- Thank you, your honor. I have no more questions for the plaintiff.
Judge 👩⚖️- Thank you Miss Pleasants. The prosecution has no more questions. Does the Defendant wish to cross examine?
Winstrate💡- I do wish to cross examine
Winstrate floats up again. This time he seems to have lost some of his previous bravado. It seems he no longer believes this will be an easy case to argue.
Winstrate💡- Hello Tr�ss. So, you said that Taylor had upset you by bringing up past trauma, correct?
He glitches a bit as he attempts to pronounce both the possible I and E character in her name.
Triss- Yes
Winstrate💡- Would you be comfortable with talking more about the trauma he brought up? And maybe why he brought it up?
It's very clear she is not. Her breath seems to shiver as she steels herself. She had to get through this.
Triss- I have a purrloin I was asking others if they can handle a pokemon with massive behavior issues, because I ended up with it during the Team Enigma situation and it used to be owned by an unknown member. Taylor came into chat and I said I did not see him as a possible handler, he has multiple special needs pokemon already and he was involved with Team Enigma. As for the trauma… I caused permanent injury in self defense against multiple Team Enigma members, and a pokemon I no longer own struck out against two members and…
She begins to breathe harder. It looks like she's either about to cry or scream.
Triss- ….. I don't wanna talk about this, we just didn't wanna die, but I didn't want to… I'm sorry….
She is trembling now, visibly stiff, as if paralyzed under the stress of recounting such a traumatic situation.
Winstrate💡- Well, you only have to talk about what you want to talk about. Thank you and I apologize. I have no further questions your honor.
Judge- Thank you Mx. Winstrate. We will call a brief recess and then continue with the defendant's first witness called to the stand.
The court begins to adjourn and Taylor takes one last chance to make sure his G Fuel cup is facing the camera before the livestream ends.

Taylor's Laywer takes the stand first. Confident, serious, focused, she has all the poise of the best Lawyer that money can buy.
Pleasants📝- Your Honor, Mr. Loraine and I are here today on account of a gross injustice, and a blatant violation of both law and basic sense. Our homes are a place of vulnerability, and safety. It's where we return after a long day, and it's the one place in which we can guarantee ourselves some semblance of sanctuary. I imagine most all of us here today count on being safe in our own homes. I certainly do.
Pandora clears her throat, watching to see if her audience is listening.
Pleasants📝- Unfortunately, that was not the case for my client. His safety and privacy were breached in a manner no person should ever have to fear, to the point that even I have to wonder why his case isn't in criminal court.
After a brief pause she continues.
Pleasants📝- It doesn't take much to imagine the panic he's been through, the frustration of recovery, and the genuine distress of coming within an inch of losing his life. Today we ask you to view this as both a mediator and a person. The personal injury, pain and suffering, damages, and emotional distress caused cannot- and should not- be swept under the rug. Thank you.
The courtroom seems impressed. It's clear Taylor has brought a very competent lawyer to represent him. This is going to be an uphill battle.
Judge 👩⚖️- Thank you for your opening statement, Miss Pleasants.
The Judge turns now to the defendant.
Judge 👩⚖️- The Defendant may now take the stand represented by… Winstrate?
Winstrate💡- That is me, yes. Winstrate.
The Porygon 2 hovers up to eye height and turns to address the court.
Winstrate💡- Your honor, me and Mr. Magnolia are not here to prove that this didn't happen. We instead are here to plead for some leniency for a minor with no proven history of violence, who is being tried for the fullest extent of the law.
He looks incredibly nervous. If he could sweat, he absolutely would be sweating.
Winstrate💡- Mr. Magnolia is a child that has had a rough childhood. Lots of abuse from his family, his mother specifically. Also, speaking of his guardians, they weren't supervising him. They didn't even know where he was and they weren't even looking for him! This entire case is putting him in a traumatizing position, he has no contact to his guardians and he doesn't even know all of his rights. The plaintiff most likely knew this, because he took this child to court.
The Porygon lowers itself back down as it finishes its opening statement. That was... a lot better than anticipated. It looks like this might not be the open and shut case it looked like it would be after all.

Taylor- Hey T-Squad. I know this is really different from my usual content. But Since you Know Me, you know I am always 100% open and honest with my fans, so I wanted to keep you guys up to date on whats going on with your man Taylor.
As you guys know, I was attacked AT MY HOME in Saffron City on Monday. I still am kinda in shock about the whole thing. Which is why my video quality isn't that great today. But yeah I just wanted to let you know the big developments in this whole thing, biggest one being I am taking these guys to court.
Now, you know it kills me to not be able to tell you everything about this, T-Squad, but unfortunately because the court date is coming up I can't talk about any of the details about the trial before the trial. Trial date is Sunday, so after that be on the lookout for a video that gives more updates on that and how everything goes.
In the mean time here's what I can let you guys into the know about. I just got discharged from Celedon City Hospital yesterday and you can probably see that, yeah, the arm is still pretty bad. We don't know if there's anything that's gonna help it at this point or if I'm gonna lose it. That means between the court fees and the hospital bills I am need all of you guys to keep supporting. Keep lovin the content here, keep watching videos, keep subscribing. And for all you T-Squad and up level patrons, I'm going to be giving you guys live updates about the trial As It Happens so watch out for that.
