here’s the concept for my villain, dr. barnow!
since my story takes place in the sonic x universe, after robotnik and sonic n co leave for earth, he steps in to seize control of robotnik’s abandoned lab
where robotnik hated mobians, barnow hates both mobians and overlanders, feeling only he is the superior life form
he’s originally a human but accidentally turns himself into a mobian during testing of a serum that would turn mobians and overlanders alike into super soldiers who are loyal to him
ps, i’m not settled on this design (i think i’ll stick with it) so if anyone has suggestions, let me kmow!
