Ok but can you guys imagine the pure agony Ethan will feel when he finds out that the person he probably trusts and worships is nothing but a fraud
Lets analyze first what we know about Ethan and Ruth friendship
In Disillusion and in the third axis we find messages from Ethan to Ruth, as far as we have seen Ethan is the only one directly involved in Ruths’ experiments, while Nathan and Theodore seem to operate on their own,
So we can assume that Ethan and Ruth are close friends, considering that Ethan also thinks that she is his cousin Camille..
Also we have proofs (kinda) that Ethan and Nathans’father was not the best person to his kids so the fact that she killed him probably meant the hightest gesture of friendship to Ethan who was 13/14 at the time.
So with this, once Mr. Larson unmasks Ruth or the third axis does, how will Ethan and the others react?
While they would all be angry I feel like Ethan would start question the past century of his life , I’m not saying that he would go back on his steps I mean he has harmed so many as far as we know but he would still be heart broken and probably on the path of revenge or at least he would no longer help her with her experiments
Idk I hope we see more of the 4 main villains in the future
