you know what? I hadn’t thought about it in a while, but I am actually still very upset that we never got to see John Boyega give an impassioned speech to an army of hostile stormtroopers, and partway through the speech just one trooper lays her blaster down and takes her helmet off, and by the end Finn has won them over and they all take their helmets off as the music swells, which signifies their change of allegiance and also reminds us the audience that underneath all those indistinguishable white helmets are people with faces and personalities and hopes and dreams and connections to the Force, people who will be led by one of their own as they rise up in rebellion against the fascist empire that treated them like interchangeable cannon fodder.

we should have had that in a movie! and we didn’t! and I’m still mad about it!

UPDATE!!

I have news!! I have officially accepted a job promotion!! Which means my schedule will even out and I won't be working every single day!!! Which means MORE WRITING because I won't be exhausted all the time!!

WITH THAT, once febuwhump ends, I'd like to start filling some prompts in March/April, lowkey to celebrate me getting a consistent schedule but mostly because I love writing and fic is a way for me to be creative when my brain doesn't really want to be creative in any other way (looking at you, original wips...).

So uhhhh idk, if y'all want to toss one or two ideas into my ask box?? Heckin go for it??? If you saw a prompt on a prompt list once and want it filled, yeet it at me?? If you want to see any missing scenes or different perspectives from my current fics??? GO FOR IT????? I'll take prompts probably through the end of March!! Most of you know what I love to write by now but I'll put a list of things I love under the cut!

Ok I love writing for Star Wars so I will fill prompts mostly for the prequels and Clone Wars. I particularly enjoy:

1. Padawan Obi-Wan and soft dad Qui-Gon going on adventures or just being a father/son duo

2. Post-TPM featuring literally as much angst as possible with Obi-Wan and baby Anakin

3. Almost any Obitine scenario you can imagine, with them at any age, just no nsfw please that does not make the brain go brrrr

4. The disaster trio being IDIOTS and going on adventures, or the three of them being soft and actually talking to each other (ahem...Ani and Obi)

5. Also one member of the disaster trio getting hurt/trapped/whatever and the other two members or one member going to help them, especially if this involves a lot of angst with a super fluffy ending

This is just the kind of stuff I particularly enjoy! If you want to branch out a little and send me something kind of outside of this, I might still fill it if I vibe with it!!

I THINK ITS THE TRUTH. It’s what I’ve been saying for MONTHS😤😤😤. Still though, writing is hard.
