✢ summary: “should I grow old, I’d want it to be with you.”
bickering with jisung while stuck under shade from a thunderstorm quickly turns into a sweet proposal for the future
✢ warnings: none
✢ a/n: really just on a whim, was listening to a song where instead of saying ‘when’ they grew old but ‘should they’ grow old. dk what was different but it sparked this so ig that’s a good thing.

You were soaked from head to toe and the thick jacket you wore to cover yourself proved useless
so was jisung’s hand, though trying desperately to shield you from the rain, despite their large size, it did nothing to stop the water droplets pour onto you.
incredibly lucky that the one time you didn’t bring an umbrella was the one time a storm cooped up, hitting you on your regular stroll back home from school.
you ran to the small trinket store, the only shop with a cover outside, with jisung as your company, your socks splashing in the puddles on the ground
“I told you we should’ve brought that umbrella” you said, glaring at him for convincing you otherwise. That there was ‘no chance there would even be a single cloud in the sky’, “Look at the blue sky he said, the Sun is shining bright he said”
People helping people. That’s all this world should be about cuz all we got is each other. Love seeing this kindness from big companies. Needs to happen more often in corporate America.
