A picture of Fenton that he’d never been able to get before.
Fenton’s sister was offering what he’d been chasing for two and a half years.
All he’d have to do is throw some granola bars or something at Fenton everyday and he could finally have indisputable proof to show the world that Danny Fenton and Danny Phantom were one and the same.
And, more importantly, to show that no one should ever doubt his theories again.

Wes agreed to discretely help Danny get three square meals a day, disguising himself as a new cooking hobbyist looking for a taste tester. Danny thought he got a lucky break, finding a way to get food without being a burden on anyone. It didn’t go how either of them expected.

Second invisobang done! This year has been pretty hectic. I ended up switching fics more than halfway through the event, so it was kind of a struggle to get anything done near the end lol. I still had fun though, and I really enjoyed getting to talk to a lot of other folks in the phandom!
(I also have an unfinished sketch from my first fic I might finish and post later on because I liked it)

For those of you who don't know, Invisobang is a collaborative event for authors and artists. Over the course of several months, authors write fanfics and artists create art for those fics!
If you want to connect with other creators in the Phandom, this is the event for you!
How does it work?
Authors begin writing as soon as they sign up. Their goal is to write a fic with 5000 words minimum, although there is no maximum. Halfway through the event, they anonymously submit a profile of their fic.
Using these profiles, artists pick the fics that interest them the most and submit a claim. Mods will pair up authors and artists based on these claims.
During the second half of the event, authors finish their stories while artists make their art.
At the end of the event, participants share their work during posting week to create a big bang of content for everyone to ooh and aah at!
When is it, and how do I sign up?
Invisobang runs from February 14 to September 7. Author and artist sign-ups are staggered, while beta sign-ups are open for the first half of the event. Each role has a Google Form that will be posted when sign-ups open.
Authors: February 14–March 15 (CLOSED)
Betas: February 14–June 15 (OPEN)
Artists: May 16–June 15 (OPENING SOON)
Anything else I need to know?

So excited to finally share the first chapter of the ghosty story that I've been working on with you all, featuring the one and only Valerie Gray 😁
Title: Ghost Town
Summary: Nine years after the Amity Park Incident, a team of highly-specialized experts is granted access to the ghost town in order to discover the truth behind the tragedy.
It's been an absolute delight as well to work with two amazing artists, dallas and @notoverjoyed. Their artwork will also be posted this week (links to be added once they’re up) and omg spoilers everyone, both pieces look so goooood!

A ghost of future days (Invisobang 2022)
summary: Frostbite spoke his last words, tired but with conviction, “Find King Phantom. Bring him back to the beginning–help him save us all.”
Or; after a war devastates ghost and human alike, Danny is sent back in time to before the portal accident to prevent the war from happening at all. Fixing a broken timeline isn’t so easy when your heart is broken too, and Danny’s biggest enemy might just be himself.

This invisobang has been so much fun! I overworked my wrist a bit, but the results are worth it! I have discovered gradients combined with clipping layers and erasing, and I am now all powerful! TWD’s phic is so good, and so suspenseful, and so very worth reading! I high key recommend it!
Thank you, @kinglazrus, for taking on Invisobang this year, and for bringing me on to help! It’s been such a great experience!

For two months since he’s gotten his new powers, Danny has been fighting alone to keep Amity Park safe from the ghosts he unleashed. When a murderer strikes in Amity Park Cemetery, he is forced to fight a ghost that plays by different rules. Pushed to his limits, Danny has to put his trust in new allies and find the source of this monstrous threat.
So this has been my project for the last few months; it started as just some writing practice as I try to take my AU more seriously again, but it really came into it’s own.
Credit to the marvelous @bibliophilea who pulled double duty as beta reader and artist (see chapter three, the art so good!).

A large bang and muffled shouting is heard from down the hall.
Danny takes off like a shot, not waiting.
Speeding through the halls he slams into Valerie with a tackle. Lifting her into the air to spin.
…
After setting Valerie back on her feet, he flits over and pulls them both into a tight hug that they gladly return.
“Hey man, we’re okay,” Tucker says into his shoulder.
Danny nods but doesn’t let go.
Jazz looks over his shoulder and gestures to Valerie to join them.
“Can someone please explain to me what the fuck is happening?” she demands.
