Hairbands Discussion
(I post my youtube scripts too)
Hey guys. Welcome to episode 2 of influential sketch. This weekās person is none other than Jon Bon Jovi. I just love the 1985 aesthetic during the Hairspray and Spandex days. Bon Jovi went on that phase in the 80s, and it was beautiful.
This is like a cheap art supply challenge, except I do that everyday because Iām a poor high school student. Iām using a papermate pen, but this is really fun. This is just like a relax and sketch series where I get to talk to you guys, maybe provide some entertainment. This isnāt my serious art, but I do plan to put out full on original canvas work timelapses. Itās really satisfying to see a video unveil from a blank canvas to a finished piece. Sorry I didnāt film the beginning of this sketch because I started doodling this at school. Iām really having fun contouring and cross hatching his face. This just feels so satisfying.
In the previous episode, I told you guys about the mishappening with my aux cord/ cable but I didnāt exactly tell you how. Well, I was wearing these vintage 3 inch heels with buckles. My favorite band, The Runaways, have played shows in the 70s wearing stiletos and wedges. So, I thought I should try playing You Give Love A Bad Nameā¦.in these heels. I picked that song because it was my song of the week, and I was listening to it like an addict. I wasnāt even at the chorus when my guitar strap broke. My guitar fell on the floor. I picked it up and found my cable broken. Lesson learned. Will I do it again? Probably, but this time, with a better guitar strap.
There are still hairbands out there, but itās not mainstream in the US. I know, it sucks. But if you guys do know any, comment down below, and Iāll check them out. I love hair bands. Europe has that scene right now. Santa Cruz is from Finland. They are amazing. My favorite song from them is My Remedy as well as the music video. I also like Reckless Love, and theyāve got great music videos as well like Night On Fire and Hot.
If you guys wanna see the heels, here they are. Iām just a short girl, and I need a little help. Anyway, I hope you liked the art and my little story. Please like, subscribe, and even share this video. If you like rock from 60s to this present year, I make sketch videos about my taste. I have more serious art content coming up. So, please subscribe. Thanks for watching.

I seek to find appreciation in solitude. I only used to think of it as loneliness, and it terrified me. But solitudeĀ in nature may do me good. āA Good Morning Viewā is framed and ready.

Artist Problems: How to Dream and be in the Present
(I post video scripts on this blog too)
Hey guys. Has anyone ever told you that youāre getting ahead of yourself? Like you have all these plans, visions, and dreams that to somebody, may seem way out of reach for you at the moment. This video is for young artists or beginning artists on how to dream and be in the present. I know we all have different mindsets, but if you have been struggling, I hope this video can help.
I recently had a conversation about my goals with somebody who has a sense of art and appreciates art. This discussion is great among artsy people because I know they get it, and they will give me an honest opinion.
Okay, so I was the person who sounded really hungry to get to where I want to be. And from the way I described myself, it sounded like it had a negative connotation. But this person said I was ambitious. That totally sounds better.
Iām glad for somebody elseās opinion because my mind is too involved in the future. In my case, I want to become a professional artist also present on social media. So, Iāve been thinking about getting a better camera for filming art videos and timelapses and in the future selling my art through prints. But after that conversation, I realized...okay, Iām not there yet. It was like a light shining on my present state. And I saw my priorities. It makes you think about where you are at. Think of your progress as a running marathon. For your own timeline, your mind could be ahead of where you are. An example would be...okay this is an extreme example: You think you could be in a gallery tomorrow. Thatās big. Being in a gallery, from what I heard from people, takes 20 plus cohesive quality artworks.
You need to know where you are to plan what steps youāre gonna take to get to the goal. Break down a really big project into something you can manage to do. And instead of overworking yourself on a task far ahead of you, like for example, the big gallery, focus on your present work. With constant work and accelerating improvement, weāll get there. Itās okay to dream big. Thatās how people achieve success. Practice positive thinking. And value other peopleās encouraging words. Like my friend said, youāre not desperate, youāre ambitious.
Thanks for watching. Please like, subscribe, and share this video to fellow artists or anybody. Iād love it if this video helped somebody in anyway. Comment below if youāre in the same boat. Itās great to know youāre not alone. Dream on.

Collection of seas and skies in acrylic. I guess that was my art aesthetic a few months ago. Psychedelic skies and tunes.

I used to be afraid of isolation. But when you start to feel more hurt than you are loved...start to question it. Isolation can be healing.
