This Splatfest will once again pit Mayonnaise against Ketchup, which was the theme of the first Splatoon 2 Splatfest. And before you mention the Cake vs. Ice Cream Splatfest, please remember that we’re the scientists here. It appears fans of the tomato-y condiment will have a chance to snatch the crown away from fans of the egg-y edible! This caper to crown the condiment king kicks off 5/22 at 3pm PT and ends 5/24 at 3pm PT.

[ man i wanted to be here more during the school holidays but ive really just been wiped by ye olde winter depression and the holidays and going a bit stir crazy and everything- im not making any promises but ill at least try to respond to threads in the coming week ]

[ as a quick side note i updated kouki and shibas abouts recently, esp for koukis updated design. im thinking of redoing my theme soon but we’ll see ]

i got looigis mansion 3 for christmas so heres some hcs on the agents + ghosts:

shibas fully award ghosts are fictional but he survives on anxiety and caffeine- if something goes bump in the night, hes gonna freak out a little. this was especially bad when he first got his own place. given that he also pulls all nighters like 5/7 days of the week hes gotten more used to it but still keeps the lights on (battery powered ones to not run up the electricity bill l m a o) hes def a ‘fight me ghosts u motherfuckers!’ kinda scared tho

koukis only really scared of ghosts if you tell him a place is haunted- if hes at home, he’s generally fine, but if you drag him to say someplace like bluefin, or even museum d’alfonsino, and tell him it’s haunted, he’ll be on edge the whole time, esp if you specifically say the ghosts are gonna get him, bcs that causes his paranoia to act up even more. hes too prideful to say it but he does get a bit more jumpy than usual. 

manuels a splatoween kid- he has no fear of ghosts. he just laughs off anything out of place or spooky, and he’ll even go check if somethings supposedly haunted if someone asks (unless it triggers his claustrophobia). on occasion he claims hes even met real life ghosts, most people assume hes joking but people who know him arent so sure given that its manuel and hes done a lot of weird shit.
