The Indian Government Has Just Passed A Bill And We NEED To Discuss This.
The bill is titled as the "Livestock Bill 2023", properly research it on Google afterwards if you want to. It's basically that they're defining live animals as commodity, livestock including felines and canines. The issue is the utterly inhumane way they're doing it, stray animals are caged up and taken to places where they are killed brutally by butcher knives and their intestines and other body parts are sold to countries like China, mind you this is happening to mostly felines and canines as those creatures are not considered as important as farm animals eg. cows, goats etc. The animals are being killed brutally and their body parts stuffed into bags and shipped off. This is utterly disgusting. And this is just a scratch of how cruel Indian society is in general to animals.
