Matsu's s/o is a cosplayer and absolutely wants them to wear one for the next convention. What kind of cosplay do you think they would wear ?
This ask might a bit too difficult for me because I honestly don't watch enough anime to answer this. If any follower wants to give this one a shot, comment or reblog. -a888

Hey again, another all brother ask. What if they were hiking and they saw a Lamia? (Snake woman) would they approach? Run? Try to talk to her from a distance?
Osomatsu: *he's a horny bastard, he'd try to flirt and get eaten and not in the good way*
Kara: *he'd definitely flirt. He'd give her flowers and all. He may or may not be spared... But probably not*
Choromatsu: *heading for the hills*
Ichi: "she not a cat, so I don't care*
Jyushimatsu: *is probably one of the snake people*
Totty: *right behind choro*

A little tidbit from the new blog
Alright then. XD Osomatsu! What would you get if I added powdered root to asphodel to an infusion of wormwood? And what is the difference between Monkshood and Wolfsbane? >:)
Osomatsu isn’t very good at… anything tbh

Posting some headcannons and stuff here to make up for our absence -a888
Naga Matsu Headcanons
Let’s kick off this blog with some headcanons. Here’s a couple of thoughts on the Naga Matsus that have been floating around in my head. Some of these are probably uninspired or unoriginal, sorry.
Oso:
- He’s a very lazy hunter. He’ll just wait until he finds prey that’s already injured and then pounce once the opportunity presents itself.
- He can’t eat without having a drink to enjoy so he’ll just… plop his catch right onto his nest and leave for god knows how long.
- Often times this results in him returning and finding his meal absolutely gone. Cue snake tantrums. Complete with tail thrashing and loud whining that rivals Jyushimatsu’s own voice in how far it can carry throughout the trees.
- The likeliest to just beg his brothers to hunt for him if all else fails.
- If you were to stare into his eyes, you wouldn’t be able to look away. Whether it’s because he’s a rare mythical creature or the unsettling appearance of deep, predatory crimson eyes staring into your own sends a chill up your spine. It’s up to interpretation.
Kara:
- You know how there’s bird species that decorate their nest to attract mates? I can imagine Kara doing that - taking whatever beautiful ornament or flower he can find.
- He discovers flower pressing and his tree is absolutely littered with them.
- Jyushimatsu tends to knock them off pretty easily and Kara has to gather them while his younger brother is shouting about his adventures.
- Any cool accessories are made by this guy. *finger bang*
- A very good singer. He firmly believes that his singing can entrance his prey. Unfortunately, it just alerts them to his presence and he’s spent a half hour slithering around in circles singing until his throat is sore.
- He specifically chose his territory to have a large body of water to admire his reflection in. He takes frequent baths to maintain his scales’ bright blue sheen.
Choro:
- He’s a hoarder. The Naga will collect anything remotely relating to the “strange, intelligent creatures with the two walking appendages”. Unlike Kara, he stashes his belongings away from prying eyes.
- His favorite is a single pink sock with a familiar cat idol on it. He wears it on his tail sometimes.
- He’s the one who’s the most concerned about there being no other Nagas than his family around on their island (I imagine them living on a remote tropical island).
- Actually learned to make tools for easier hunting. Oso tried to use them but broke them immediately. He’s not allowed near weapons anymore.
- The most knowledgeable of prey weaknesses and the locations of their habitats. Basically who you want to ask for tips on how to hunt.
Ichi:
- Unlike his brothers, his nest is situated on ground level in a dimly lit cave.
- When you enter, you might be shocked to see animal bones tucked in a single corner of the cave. Ichi actually keeps the bones of his big cat friends in memory of their passing.
- Likes to watch the local panthers patrolling their territory. As much as he would love to approach them, he’s still reminded of the large clawed scar on his side. He doesn’t resent them for it but views it as a reminder that they’re a force to be reckoned with.
- Visits Jyushimatsu often, as his nest has direct access to the best napping spots on the island.
- He’s seen as the odd one of the sextuplets due to the fact that he hates seeing his prey in pain, opting to kill in one fell blow instead of strangling them.
- Digs pitfalls around Kara’s territory just to mess with him.
Jyushi:
- Boundless energy that scares prey away with ease. One of the brothers has to keep him occupied so someone can at least get a bite in.
- He’s very playful, whether if it’s with his brothers or his prey. Once his playmate is tired, he’ll just find another one until he passes out from exhaustion.
- Easily the strongest out of all the Nagas. It makes up for his lack of camouflage. I also headcanon his pattern to be like an albino burmese python, with the yellow being more accentuated.
- The first to get up in the morning. You can usually tell because you can hear the sound of breaking branches and loud chants.
- Attempts to eat anything and everything he can get his claws on. He’s shared his own fermented berry drinks with Oso on multiple occasions.
- Has his own pet snake. No one questions this.
Todo:
- Next to Kara, Totty’s nest is probably the neatest. He refuses to eat in it no matter how convenient it is (after eating, Nagas have to stay motionless for ease of digestion). He doesn’t care much for unwanted smells tarnishing his home.
- Totty likes bargaining Choro for his treasures and has his own stash that no one has any idea of where it could be.
- Believes that if his parents exist, there must be more of their kind somewhere around their island. Spends a lot of time near tree tops so he can keep an eye out.
- His hunting style requires a lot of patience and cunning but the rewards are always worth it.
- Todomatsu once spoke with a single human named Atsushi. Granted, he was hidden, but he was the only Naga to have communicated with one. Since then, he tries with others in hopes of learning about their species - he’s only met with screams of terror and he thinks at night… Are we monsters?
