Update!
So it's officially the end of week 1, to make it short, I didn't do great but I didn't give up, I'll do it so much better this week, that has to be a fact.
I did exercise every day and didn't eat like before but still I ate few not good things, the scale says I did go down tho so that makes me wanting to keep going
I had some troubles with my scale so I actually don't know if my initial weight was 84 but I did go down from 82 to 79 which is honestly surprising because I didn't do that good.
And the weekend I went to the park and drank matcha tea with bobba (I know)

Update!
So I been fasting for more than a day! (✷‿✷) How do I feel? Actually not bad I feel motivated and I been excercising every day, I take my dogs for a walk and drink water distract myself with videos or drawin, cleaning, and I don't feel bad at all.
I know it's just the beginning but I'm actually really excited to be skinny I can't wait for it, I won't ruin it this time but of course the very first day I fasted 18 hours and the eat like 10 french fries and 4 boneless and 2 pieces of bread and a taco, but it's ok we all make mistakes and I'm ready to start over ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧
I'm planing to keep fasting until tomorrow and eat something like really ligh salad so I don't screw up the fasting. I so excited。◕‿◕。
