SCREAMING IN MY BRAIN There is a person inside my brain,

Tryna scream while keeping calm,

But it is of no help except to drain,

My energy and causing me harm

I feel chills running down my spine,

To cool down, I count to 9,

Hoping that it will be all fine,

But only thing that helps is cryin

And I know it all sounds insane,

But I am SCREAMING IN MY BRAIN!

I keep thinking and thinking

to keep my cool,

But my empty thoughts

Make me feel like a fool,

I look at my reflection in the mirror,

As my eye pours down a tear,

Cries being heard is my biggest fear,

So I smile at the reflection to cheer,

And I know it all sounds insane,

But I AM SCREAMING IN MY BRAIN!

Somehow now I have realized that

Holding back is worse,

So I suggest that

Scream at the top of your lungs...

Talk to your close ones,talk to yourself

Talk to your mind to restore yourself,

That you lost in all the screaming of brain,

There is noone in this world,not going through some pain,

Listen to your heart, listen to yourself

and I promise you that there won't be anymore screaming in the brain!
