Well today i can't even walk so no funny walking here bois 😎

I'm in so much pain it's ridiculous... my body is so fucking weak i swear i didn't even go bonkers just normal ppl level of workout.

I feel weak and stupid.

I'm scared that if i give myself a rest day i'll just fucking stop and never exercise again, i know it sounds a bit extreme but it's one of the fears my ed puts into my brain.

i didn't stretch enough after jumping rope and now my calves are hurting so bad

i'm walking funny too 😭😭✋

I did both :)))) i binged and then killed my legs with cardio at least at the end i was under my bmr but still, the loss of control sucks so hard.

I kinda wish that purging with exercise left you as empty as purging by puking does, it's like I've burned the cals but i still feel my stomach super full and uncomfortable ugh
