You matter. And you don't have to pretend to be something you're not. Not anymore.
I neglected my femme self for way too long. Let things slide even though I knew better. Over time that hurt me even worse. I lost my way because I had lost myself.
What helped me reclaim my life was self-care. Proving to myself that I accepted who I was by acting on the femme feelings I had inside all along. That, and some wonderfully supportive and understanding folks I was privileged to meet along the way.
This is who you are. And this could be the moment you've been waiting for. The moment you pledge to accept yourself. Completely. And then to act on that. In whatever ways you need to. You need not have all the answers. Simply follow your heart. That is where it all begins.
