Yautja "traditionally" (from his culture) courting female human reader
What should you have expected when you got a knocking on your apartment door that nearly took it off it’s hinges?
You certainly weren’t expecting to see your once-upon-a-time alien compatriot standing before you, covered in alien blood that still sizzled as it tried to eat through his armor. You couldn’t get a word in edgewise, not that there was much coming through the lump in your throat, before he took the Xenomorph’s head in his hands and viciously ripped it’s skull out.
Acid blood and viscera sprayed the hallway; you would be getting a call about that. With a few slow, tauntingly suggestive movements of his arm, your Yautja friend had wiped the skull clean with his arm. Was he flexing?
When he offered it to you, there wasn’t much going through your head besides “what the fuck”. Was this a warning? You tried to pull up your limited knowledge on Yautja customs, but your mind was still focused on the anatomical details of the Xenomorph. Had you ever seen it’s skull this close up? A lot of it’s head shape was making a lot of sense.
Still, after a few moments of silence, you delicately took the skull. It’s a… gift? Maybe? Either way, your friend seemed to perk up once you reached for it, straightening his back to full height. He had been slouching, maybe in a slightly equalizing gesture. It reminded you of a nervous kid asking his date to prom. Looking back, that analogy makes a lot of sense.
Afterwards, he had welcomed himself into your home, partaking in human reality tv. You weren’t able to put the pieces together until he swung his arm around your shoulder and pulled you into his chest. Still covered in now dry, thank god, Xeno blood. You would maybe need to find a bigger home.

Valka went through training and medical treatment to have her DNA modified during the first years on Rak'ne's ship.
This made Hu'nri'a avoid straining more the human body with advanced healing methods - so Valka healed at a normal (but slow for a yautja) pace.
However this didn't stop Valka from courting the ship captain in the yautja way.
Hu'nri'a and Valka became friends mainly because this human kept coming into her medical quarters very often,

For this i drew alot of inspiration from aligators, sea turtles, moray eels, galapagos iguanas and pliosaurs (and frogs i guess)
