the fact that somebody was rude about an update? Like, don’t they understand that behind usernames there are actual people with actual lives, responsibilities, hobbies etc?

it’s the literal point of this whole thing to take your time and not have it added as a responsibility or a burden; you write because you have fun with it and enjoy it and it’s not the centre of your damn universe-

I’m very sorry for people like that and just so you know, take all the time you need regardless of if you have something ready or in the works; you go first!

and yes, i just find it unfair that sometimes people expect a lot from online writers in general, and i think most people forget that the vast majority of us are not full time writers that can spend hours a day writing/working on things. trust me, if i could spend hours a day writing i totally would!

hey y'all! i just wanted to say thank you to each and every single one of you who has ever interacted with any of my posts! i truly appreciate all 1.8k of you and your unwavering support for my writing. it's something i truly love doing, and have always had a passion for writing, whether it be fanfic, research papers, personal essays, school assignments, or journaling.

that being said, i just wanted to let y'all know that i am going abroad for the next 5 months, and i am leaving for my adventure✨ tomorrow. i am very excited and blessed to have this amazing opportunity!

that being said, i cannot guarantee that i will have much time for writing. as much as i love writing, i also want to spend my time exploring places that i otherwise wouldn't have the chance to see (and i still have to do schoolwork unfortunately). this does not mean i'm abandoning my work, but posts will be very infrequent and sporadic.

of course, i will always try my best to write, but again, i cannot guarantee that i will post much.

i'll be sure to check back here every so often and maybe even share snippets of my lil adventures whenever i can! thank y'all again for being so amazing. until then, take care, and see you soon!! 😇🪽🩵
