former villain turned antihero from my superhero setting, silver city. best described as hotheaded, short tempered, rude, blunt, and mean, charlie also has a strong moral compass, is confident in himself, accepting of others, honest, and passionate about what he believes in. in short, he's a total punk: he's got strong ideals and wants to stick it to the man while he's at it, and he doesn't give a fuck what anyone else thinks of him. swears frequently and is often an asshole, intentionally or not. can shoot energy bullets from his fingertips, hence the cowboy alter ego, but is against harming others with his powers; resorts to strategy, stealth, or just straight up punching instead. can also see in the dark and has enhanced vision overall. minor 'stat buff' abilities also make him slightly stronger and more durable than the average human.
