Do you headcanon JD as bisexual?
More likely no than yes. In my canon, he realized he was demisexual when he came out of puberty.
In general, JD's feelings about people of different orientations developed in a very complicated way: influenced by his homophobic father, he initially had a homophobic prejudice. This was deeply ingrained in him, even though JD tried to fight it because he did not want to be like his father. But no matter how much he didn't want to, it continued to affect him. It was only with time and Veronica's influence that he was able to deal with it and overcome his prejudice.

Maybe, although I have a hard time imagining a Chandler like that, and I totally can't imagine a JD like that at all (only if it's OOC, because it's a literal line from canon). But it's only my vision and everyone has their own idea of the characters, and that's ok :3

I need more abt Hope! I don't care what, a fanfic, fanart, silly hcs... just gimme more!
(Also, the last drawing you posted is utter perfection. I'm in awe)
I have ideas for two fics, but those will come later. In the meantime, headcanons:
Hope has pale skin like Veronica, but lots of freckles and unruly dark hair like JD. Like JD, her eyes appear much lighter in the light.
As a child, Hope was chubby and short, and everyone thought she would take after her mother. But as a teenager, Hope grew up and although she never reached her father's height, she is much taller than Veronica.
She slouches just like JD.
JD and Veronica never forced her to do "girly things", they always gave her free choice (I don't know how it is in the US, but it's still a sore point with us). So Hope loved the colour pink and toy guns, motorbikes and romcoms (watching them mostly with JD).
She loves to cook and often helps JD in the kitchen. They both try to keep Veronica out of the kitchen as her mere presence around cooking is a disaster.
She took part in a junior boxing competition and came second, only because she stared mesmerised at her opponent (well, she was very cute).
Hope fought a lot in kindergarten and school. With a fiery but resilient temperament, she befriended many of her opponents in fights.
She didn't eat seafood at all until adulthood because she loved watching The Little Mermaid so much.
She was expelled from the Debate Club for fighting. The debate was about giving Pluto back his planet title. She only got into a fight because she felt sorry for Pluto.
Her first crush was McNamara, who sometimes visits Ronnie and JD.
Her tastes didn't change much after that, and she fell in love with a cheerleader at school and tried to steal her away from her boyfriend. Sadly, the love turned out to be unrequited.

I rather like the concept (on behalf of JD):
We are equally willing to do anything to get what we want, and we are equally contemptuous of human life. In another world and under different circumstances, well, maybe we can be friends. But we disagree on two important things:
You care about your influence, and I care about my own, twisted and ugly, justice.
You want to play Ronnie like a puppet, and I'd trade my life for hers in a heartbeat.
That's why we can't be friends, and that's why you have to die.
