Nope! He's just called "the Demon" in text, and "Demon" when referring to him directly (differentiated from other demonic entities by the capitalization). So, to show how you would use it:
Lillie looked over at the Demon, who was crouching beneath the table. "What are you doing, Demon?" she asked.
"Leave me alone," the Demon wailed.
Now, why doesn't he have a name? Easy: no demon has them! They're independent, non-sentient (according to modern theory, anyway) creatures made of string - no reason as to why things like that would have names.
