“A whole lot of the same, honestly.” He shrugged, offering Teddie his shoulder to climb onto if she wanted to, though she was also welcome to stay in his arms. “I’m glad you’ve been doing alright lately; no trainers giving you trouble?”
His purrloin popped her head out of his hood, sniffing at the new baby. There was still a lot of his friends Nora hadn’t met.
“No trainers at all, White!” She seemed happy to have been able to stealthily avoid trainers that seemed eager to catch new pokemon. Maybe she should take espionage as a new occupation...
“Oh! Hello there, Purrloin!” While hugging the trainer she heard the rustling of the cat-like pokemon.
“My name’s Teddie!” she waved. She hadn’t met Nora before, was she new? Or has Teddie just not seen White in a long time that she forgot?

“Yeah! Equestrian is an olympic sport! You have to ride a horse and jump some obstacles on the way! If you do it perfectly, you win more points!” he explained.
“Sounds like an intense sport! I didn’t know you knew how to ride horses!” Teddie answered, now looking back at Pepe.
“It sounds like its a lot of training to get it to perfection, especially at the Olympic Level! How long have you two been working together?” Teddie pet the horse, appreciating its soft coat.

Pepe smiled and sniffed her paw to then neigh happily. He was definetly friendly and was still a young horse.
“His name is Pepe. Papa gave him to me as a gift so I could practice for equestrian. Pepe seems happy to meet you!” Junior said, smiling so much.
Teddie gave a grin back to the horse, now known as Pepe.
“It’s nice to meet you Pepe!” She nodded. “What’s Equestrian? Is it one of your Olympic things?”

“Taking a walk with a friend!” Junior said to then gently pat his horse, Pepe.
The horse smiled and looked curiously at Teddie. “I’m not sure if I showed him before to you back at the castle…” the tyke said.
Teddie turned around to be face to face with the horse.
“Woah!” She definitely was not introduced to this horse before. She took a look at the horse admiring his coat, it seems like someone takes good care of it!
“My name’s Teddie!” She put her paw out so it could be sniffed, assuming they were like ponyta’s.

Oof! Maybe it was a good thing White hadn’t had anything in particular planned. It took him a moment to process what the flying brown creature was, before finally placing it as Teddie.
“I’ve been working a ton lately.” It seems his mood has been lifted just by virtue of seeing her. “It’s good to see you, Teddie-bear. How’ve you been?”
At least having an explanation gave a nod of understanding. “I’ve been doing well! I’m just really happy to see you!” It was her big bro! Of course she spent some of her days traveling to look for the trainer, but here he was!

A Normal Day?

It was a normal day, somewhat cloudy, but a nice temperature I’m sure. Everything was normal, and that could be appreciated. It’s almost assumed that there is never a normal day in the pokemon world, but today was normal. Except for a bear that is. Running toward a seemingly random trainer... and was she... talking?
“WHITE! WHITE! WHITE!!” she yelled to make sure she grabbed his attention. Was she probably making a commotion? Probably. Oops. As soon as she saw the trainer she ran toward him and gave him a hug, a slightly teary hug.
“Where have you been?!” She had looked everywhere for him (or at least she would claim to), but most likely they just didn’t cross paths until now.
