She didn't have the keys to Dave's apartment, but she was a fucking vampire. Locks were for mortals. Hell, so were doors, stairs, and anything else.
In two breaths she was launching herself upwards, hands extended like claws, cloak fluttering behind her. She barely touched down against the wall of the building before she was moving again, shoving off and up with her feet, yanking herself upward with her hands, grasping a windowsill of the first floor above the lobby. Below, she could hear shouts of surprise, her name being called, but she ignored it. She couldn't talk about this. She just couldn't. She focused on the wind whistling past, on the flow of momentum with each leap, the empty air and the exhilarating danger that came with it as she launched herself towards her next foothold. She paid no mind to the startled faces of the occupants whose windows she was scaling, keeping her attention on how far upward each leap could bring her, on how many more windows stood between her and her destination.
In no time at all, she was perched on Dave's bedroom window, slowly wiggling it upward enough for her to slip inside. He'd fed the birds this morning and forgotten to lock it, which was lucky for her. The magical protections that sealed the window shut had something to do with the lock, she wasn't really sure what but she'd already figured out that she couldn't unlock the window herself, Dave had to physically do it.
Once inside his room, she took off the sun cloak, shoving it in the drawer next to the rain cloak Kanaya had given her on that first day. She sighed, kicking off her shoes and running her fingers through her hair. She needed action. She shouldn't just wait around for them to come up here and keep asking questions.
She rooted around in Dave's desk until she found a pair of scissors, then grabbed a change of clothes and headed to the bathroom. Might as well do something about her hair.

Bubble Glub and Flub: Jake, seeking a new experience in meeting with a sea-dwelling alien in the afterlife, attempts not to shove his foot too far down his own ignorance shaft.
Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friends: Vriska sure has been 'hands on' with Rose's alcoholism recovery. It almost feels. Like she's paling at her. >:[
Karkat: Celebrate Troll Valentine's Day: You utterly fail to come up with a summary that would not be completely redundant in the face of the title's clear call to action. You are Karkat Vantas, and you are going to celebrate Troll Valentine's Day. At least, that's what you've just been told to do.
Kintsugi: The Rose-Tinted Quadrant: Rose has accepted Vriska's help with her disordered alcohol usage. Vriska intends to help her as much as she possibly can. And if that means butting into Kanaya's newly blooming relationship, well, it can't be helped. The universe is at stake!
Monte Cristo; Croque Monsieur: Shortly before the events of Homestuck^2, Sollux receives an invitation to a lunch date with Karkat. A ceasefire has been called for a single day, for some reason this day is important to Jane. The only problem is that Sollux and Karkat haven't spoken more than ten words to each other for nearly thirty years.

POV: You are on a coffee date with Dave
Eridan cleared his throat.
"Hella Jeff?"
"Uhuh," Dave glanced up, then back down at his phone. "Sweet Bro, too. Here." He turned his phone around and held it out to Eridan.
On Dave's phone was a an extremely grotesque and crudely drawn comic, in which two characters, which Eridan could only assume was "Sweet Bro" and "Hella Jeff" engaged in the Charlie Brown football gag, complete with the entire Peanuts strip hyper-compressed in the middle of it, terminating with the red-clad man being minced by helicopter blades. Eridan nodded slowly, parsing it.
"I get it." Eridan said, after taking another moment to think.
"You do?" Dave asked, sounding genuinely surprised.

"What are they talking about, now?" Kanaya whispered to Vriska, watching from across the coffeeshop.
