I would be curious to know if there's any language things that indicate cooking with the fire ability translation. The Furnace translation could maybe indicate something like that. I do really like the vibe of divine flame, but ever since Malevolent Kitchen, I'm looking for all the Iron Chef Sukuna references. I haven't really looked into this, just my quick thoughts on it.
John Werry is finally delivering us the reading experience we’re expecting for with an official worthy translation since Chapter 257, and I’ll be honest- he nailed this part; “Divine Flame”. yeah.
“Furnace” by TCB is much simpler but “Divine Flame” gives an ancient-cy vibe. It fits even better with Sukuna as thousand years worth entity.
Hopefully the readers’ complaints upon his inaccurate translations were taken as a consideration [for him to fix his translating issue] that shifted this changes to be prioritised for weekly official release.

everyone is being SO nice and leaving such sweet comments on ch 2 of string theory (shameless plug here go read it i'm really proud of it) and I am elated, but i've also been working on research stuff almost nonstop since I posted and when i try to respond i can only keysmash lmao
